We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe breakfast was poor for a 5* hotel (for example it did not have boiled eggs). The dishes from the food menu and from the breakfast did not contain the list of allergens. The couch in the duplex suite was pretty unconfortable. Although we booked half board for 2 adults and our 4yo kid, we had to pay for her lunch/dinner separateley.
The duplex suite was spacious, it was clean and I liked the fact that it had 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. The breakfast was good and the hotel had 2 very nice playgrounds for kids. The staff was very nice as well.

RomaniaNo employee was wearing a mask, not even inside. Breakfast was served as buffet and clients were not asked to wear a mask near the food. Cleaning was ok, but some improvements can be done, there was a lot of dust under the bed or the closet and that was disturbing especially with the kid that lost lego pieces under the bed. Overall the stay was very nice, but it not ended very well as at the check-out they asked me to pay for a restaurant bill that I had paid cash in the first evening, but it was wrongly registered on the room. That episode was quite dissapointing, but at least one more experienced waiter apologized. Also, for a 5 star accomodation I expected more toiletries than soap and shower gel.
Very good in terms of facilities: outside and inside pool, playgrounds, restaurant. Amazing food. The room was quite big. You can find something to do all day even if it’s raining.

RomaniaI recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at this hotel, under the impression that I was reserving a room at a 5-star establishment. However, the experience was severely below par when compared to other 5-star hotels I have previously visited. 1. Cleanliness: The hotel was far from clean. It was shocking to encounter such unhygienic conditions. 2. Jacuzzi Issue: The water in the jacuzzi did not drain properly, making it practically unusable. 3. Bathroom Conditions: There was visible mold in the bathroom, a health concern that no guest should ever have to face, especially not in a hotel claiming to be of 5-star caliber. 4. General Maintenance: Everything from the furnishings to the infrastructure felt old and poorly maintained. 5. Bedding: The linens provided were dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed standard. 6. Furniture Quality: The furniture appeared cheap and was in a state of disrepair. 7. Flooring: The tiling was not only of a cheap quality but also old and improperly fitted. 8. Parking: There were no designated parking spots for guests, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. 9. Value for Money: The cost of the accommodation was exorbitant, given the subpar quality of the services provided

Romaniathe bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Also they did not let us use the spa and pool table after 9 PM like it was a resort for old retired people. Also too many annoying kids and no elevator.

RomaniaThe rooms were not that clean, a lot of dust. The design pillows are old. They can invest in new towels and bath ropes. I mean it is not a 5* hotel, maybe 3. And it is expensive for all the services they provide. The most disappointing thing was that you need to ask at the reception to clean the room, and when I asked they only took the garbage and replaced some towels. Not moping the floors and changing the sheets or whipping the dust and we stayed 4 nights there. Disappointed. A! And they had a lot of noisy guests at night, but this is not. thier fault. And they don't have the room products like shower caps and stuff like this.
The location is great for children. They have 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and 2 playgrounds. The stuff is friendly and the food is good.

RomaniaThe mattress is not comfortable at all and the shower cabin is good for a three stars hotel at maximum. We expected 5 stars quality. One of the employees cut the grass with a loud trimmer at 9.15 am, so it doesn't matter that you have the DND sign on the door, everybody was awakened by the employee. The food was a little above average.
The pool, the outdoor areas, the furniture, the gardens.
