The only minor thing was that there is no holder for the shower, you have to hold it yourself while you pour water over yourself.

On the inside it looked a little like Castle Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village. 😅 A beautiful quiet hotel, very clean, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The shower is handheld; the bathroom is otherwise great. The duvet was a bit small for two people, but it ended up being ok as the room was nice and warm.

Wonderful decor and a spacious room, with very friendly and helpful hosts who happily showed us how to walk into town and discussed Romania's fascinating history with us.

Unbelivable experience. Both accomodation and Madame restaurant ( the food is very very good) The history lesson is the huge bonus of this museum like very unique place. You can relive some old fashioned tabiets, once got there :) The decor, the smell, the food, the service, all excelent

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations by far! Spotless clean, daily cleaning service, quiet room (I could hear crickets! Like it wasn’t in the middle of a very busy city!), so close to great bistros (there is one on the site) and to downtown (walking distance), very pleasant host.I couldn’t help but notice how much attention to details went into decorating the interior of this historic house. A true oasis of comfort and good taste. Just what I needed to get myself ready for a 20h trip. Oh, bed is so comfy! I could have spent all day long in bed. That’s why I missed breakfast, but the host graciously offered coffee and croissant when I woke up (around noon!) You should get breakfast! Breakfast room is very nice. All in all, excellent job!

Nothing really, once you get over the shock of how different it is.

The hotel is quite different intentionally i would suggest very old worldly the opposite to the large hotels like the Inter-continental. If you like quaint it would be ideal. The owner Adrian could not have been more helpful

This boutique hotel was wonderfully unique and in a good location for our stay. A champagne reception was part of a warm and personable welcome. Our room was private, very confortable and well equipped. Our host was delightful and recommended the perfect restaurants and was able to answer all of our questions about the area and give directions. We would absolutely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conacul Coroanei and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Everything was good. The design is very unusual and attractive. I've never been to such hotels before. You can feel like Marie Antoinette. The staff is very friendly and take care of all the amenities. I was allowed to make a check-in a few hours earlier. And I was printed documents at the hotel, which made my life much easier. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, super clean and comfy. Host was so friendly, accommodating and helpful with tips and directions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful but only a short walk from old town where there’s lots of bars and places to eat. We wish we could have stayed longer!
