Air conditioning not working, coffee machine in room, but no coffee, the complementary water bottle was opened beforehand, restaurant terrace dirty, small and crowded breakfast area.

The hotel and rooms are really old and dingy. Everything could use an update. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and the sheets and towels are also really old and have been through a lot of use. The staff is in urgent need for training. For example: they started cleanind DURING breakfast and when we told them that maybe they should wait before washing the tables with medicinal alcohol, she was just looking through us and said absolutely nothing, no sorry, no nothing. Just silence... The reception also wasn't the friendliest, especially when we checked in, but not as serious as the breakfast staff.

The good thing about it was the location, which is close to city center. The breakfast was decent. Aside from that nothing much.

Older post-socialist building but with good care taken. Older but clean enough. Parking is not included, you have to pay 7e for parking. Restaurant dod not work in the evening and waiters did not speak English.

We should have got a discount for our family (they have discounts for retired people) but because we booked via booking, it was not possible. Outside pool could be a little cleaner.

The bathroom needs some rennovation. The ceiling was noisy due to strong winds, the tiles were moving. The windows to the balcony didnt close properly, hence too much tarffic noise.

Location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions. The room was cozy and good size, the bed was super comfortable.The lobby looks very nice with all the plants around, reminds me of a green house.

Parking quite small for such a large hotel, with a very awkward angle to get in and narrow parking spaces. Also, some people park outside designated spaces making access difficult.

Very comfortable, large room with a great view over the city (make sure to ask for a room at a higher floor, with river view). Loved every minute of it :) Easy walking access to the city.

I didn’t like when checking out that will charge me again for the room. The oldies lady I asked to check it again. So there is it. They better fix that missing signage if the Continental that maybe broken due to previous storm.

The room size was big enough for 2. Shower was strong warm water. Have some shampoo and soap but no tooth brush and paste. Bed so comfy. I think all room was facing the main room that very busy. I can hear the motor sound but I have no problem on that so those who have sensitive to noise will have issue.

In our room there where a broken bazin, the safe needed to be replaced, chairs were broken and overall a decent renovation is needed

The room was big enough, staff are welcoming, WiFi works well and breakfest is decent.
