This is one of the most beautiful options for a stay in Sibiu. The boutique hotel is wonderfully decorated, appropriately themed for a Burg that had craft at its core. You will find small details all around the hotel that will make your stay even more unique. The rooms are super clean, with modern fittings. The location is great, close to both the railway station and the city center, with nothing to bother you. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the free coffee all throughout the day in the lounge area, which was great for relaxing with a book for a couple of minutes. We would definitely come back here again and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Brand new accommodation with great facilities. Extremely helpful staff offering advice on things to do in and around Sibiu. Not the greatest location but close enough to the old town. Breakfast was very good. Espresso coffee available for free 24 hours.

- this is not a boutique hotel, it's an inn. This is description of the Craft Inn is confusing and also it is placed as a hotel on Booking; - there is no parking space reserved for the hotel. Parking place means place your car on the street; - the room was in the attic. It was a bit claustrophobic, but for 1 night it was fine; - they say that have a double bed but actually there are 2 twin beds close to another; it was fine but not what I have booked;

- quite & clean place; - new building & cozy; - breakfast was good, not superb, as many people say; - 600m to the center; - Netflix

I lived the stay! The room was so clean that I took my shoes off before going in :)) The rooms are nicely designed, very comfortable, self check-in was smooth, breakfast was very nice. I travelled for one night for business, but I would definitely come back for pleasure as well.

Cons: I asked for an extra breakfast and didn't realise it was 50 Ron per person. Not bad for a buffet though. Not really a con, more of an observation. Worth it though just for the mini croissants and jam. This is a personal preference, I don't like it when the mini bar is full because then I can't buy my own snacks/drinks to put it in the fridge. I'd prefer those snacks for purchase to be at reception. Accessible but not in my room.

Pros: - clean, modern and comfortable. - allowed us to leave our luggage really early in the morning prior to check in. - excellent wifi connection. - amazing staff and very communicative. - breakfast was good and had eggs, assorted meats and cheeses, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, cereals, so much jam! Which I loved. - there's no kettle in the room but there is a coffee/tea machine in reception available for when you need you need it. - lighting and airflow in the room was adequate. - location was far enough from the city centre where it was quiet but also not more than a six minute walk to the city. Close to the train station too. Id stay here again in an instant and recommend it to anyone.

This is possibly the nicest Boutique Hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, with a modern design, clean and super comfortable. Modern and clean shower facilities. The breakfast is great, with a mini buffet option and a la carte option for eggs.

Everything was perfect!

Believe me - it is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in! My room was spotless clean and very, very cosy. There is a love for small, lovely details in the room and bathroom. Enough space to store all your things (I had quite a bit, because I stayed 6 nights). The bed is very comfortable - I slept very well. There is a small fridge where you can store some things (including minibar items.) The check-in was easy and you get good information in advance and great tips for nice restaurants and so on. Its a very quiet area and only about 8 minutes walk to the cathedral. The breakfast is delicious: fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious cheese (also some meat, but I do not eat that), very delicious homemade jam and spreads and you can also have eggs in different variations. The coffee is very tasteful as well. But the best: the cordiality and hospitality of the hosts! If I come back to Sibiu I definitely will stay here again! Felt like home!

Honestly can't think of anything to improve.

The place had only opened a few months ago; everything is done to extremely high spec and is clearly a labour of love from the super-friendly owners. Easily amongst the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in! Buffet breakfast with wide selection of excellent food, incl. home-made jams etc.
