We picked this hotel because we wanted to book multiple rooms for a family vacation, somewhere fairly close to the center as well as modern, clean and affordable. Cristal was all of these and more. The building is small and unassuming from the outside but hyper-modern on the inside. Elevators, rooms, switches, are all digital touch. The staff was super courteous and helpful and the restaurant had delicious and fresh food for breakfast. We'd stay here again due to how easy it is to walk to central areas of town, including shopping areas and restaurants. The neighborhood and walk felt safe. Extra points for having a little mall and some cafes and supermarkets really close by (5 min walk), for when you want to get sone water bottles, or snacks. The bathroom was clean, the skincare was from Rituals and the room itself had a comfy bed, good sheets, and enough space to pop open our suitcases.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night, and I must say that my experience was very positive. The hotel's location is ideal, being only a 20-30 minute walk from the city center and less than 10 minutes by Uber. This makes getting around very convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, offering all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which contributed to my overall comfort during my stay. The welcome I received upon arrival was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Vlad, were extremely warm and welcoming. Vlad showed great attention to ensure that my check-in went smoothly and provided me with all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive, thanks to its ideal location, clean and spacious rooms, and exceptional front desk staff like Vlad. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a pleasant stay in the area.

The hotel is new, modern, nicely decorated! It is also very clean, and the linens are impeccably white and crispy. The breakfast is also very nice with hot station and cold plates, fruits and desserts . Coffee is very good too which is rarity in hotels usually. The walking distance to the old city is about 20 min. The area is residential with the building sites around( but it doesn’t really interfere with quietness )

Very clean and spacious room. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite small, but delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. On foot you can reach the main square in 20 mins. Around the corner there is a huge shopping mall including a grocery store. My only suggestion would be to ask the cleaning staff not to change the towels and the amenities every day unless asked by the guest. Just for the sake of the environment 🙂

I would have given a perfect mark but we had no hot water so could not even shower. Also the towel heater rack wasn't working so we couldn't dry wet clothes from the rain.

This is a nice, clean and modern boutique hotel which offers an excellent breakfast and has a very nice restaurant for dinner. Also free parking and very nice staff.
