Hot water takes a bit longer to come, but this might be also due to the fact that we where off season and not that many people where in the hotel. It took 5-10 minutes to have it but then it was more then ok.

Room had sea view without any obstructions, a nice breakfast each morning that you could eat also outside with a view to the Black Sea. The room had twin beds but you could put them together( as they where heavy they did not move). The beds where comfortable and the room was renovated. the cleaning ladies where very nice and gave us all the extra things we needed for our 10 months baby. Room also has air conditioning that worked great for us also on heating during the nights. You have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room.

A cosy hotel, very clean, all the facilities you need. Well situated, right on the beach and the entrance in the hotel is easily accessible, even for people with locomotor disabilities. The staff was very kind and eager to help us if necessary. Nice vacation!

Spacious, nice decorated and very clean rooms, excellent location, suitable seaview terrace for drinking coffee in the morning. Large parking, we had no problems, helpful staff.

The breakfast was poor and the finish time for serving breakfast is too early for a holiday (10.00 am). Unfortunately, in the last 30 minutes (9.30-10.00) no food supplied by the staff. Unfortunately, at 10.00 all food buffet was gathered by the staff and coffee machine was unplugged. In my opinion, this is not very friendly/hospitable approach.

We have had some request using Booking messaging, all of them has had solved prompt by Roxana, a very kind person, who made us a very warm welcoming, too. The hotel is situated near Mamaia Beach (10 meters) and has its own beach with bar, chairs and umbrellas. I appreciated the coffee quality at breakfast, which was very good.

Even if the room was renovated, for a 4 star hotel the finishing could be better. There were places were the plaster was fixed and it looked like it was fixed by amateurs. Also, the bathroom was small and water got easily outside the bathtub when showering due to its bad water insulation. In conclusion I would say that it is a 3 star+ hotel, not a 4 star one.

It is the second time I stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good. Same for the beach, the distance between umbrellas was enough to mantain physical distancing.

Location was OK but the rooms and bathrooms could use some renovation. The shower didn't work properly and the size of the bathroom was very small. Also the room wasn't so clean. This hotel is overated and it should't have more the 1-2 stars.

THe Bathroom, too bad for a nice hotel and a nice room with bathrooms so bad. The tub was leaking a lot so the floor was always wet and it was very slippery, Also the bathroom smelled very bad most of the time. SInk was almost clogged and the shower curtain was about 80cm wide. CLeaniliness of the room was below average, the visibla areas were ok but but we dropped something under the bed and we don't want to see it again. Also the matress was the type that you get really hot in it even if the room is cool.

The room was very nice, we got a Junior Suite, a lot of space, Good and quiet AC unit, Matrimonial bed 140cm wide by 200cm long and a sofa, but we did not use it. We never used the TV or the minibar. Staff was very nice and accomodating, the hotel has beach chairs included. And we got breakfast included and it was above average.

The breakfast has a very low variety. None of the staff or guests were wearing face masks during pandemic times. Only one elevator was observed - might be mistaking but I doubt. The sun beds from the hotel were rented also to non hotel guests, which made the ideea of leaving your belongings unattended unfavorable.

Enough parking spaces for all guests - 10 lei per day the parking place.
