I recommend this place for explorers. They will always help you with what you need to know to start the exploration of this place. They also make sure that the services they recommend you are good (boat trips, taxi and everything in between) And if you want to take a break.... play some pool in the loby...

Through the bathroom ventilation (which is under-sized and ineffective) you can hear the neighbors from the other rooms. The shower had a drain problem (it was semi-clogged). There could have been two chairs on the balcony instead of one. The WiFi signal was very weak.

A nice hotel, positioned right on the bank of the Danube. The room was spacious, well equipped (armchair, air conditioning, TV). The breakfast is very rich and varied, the coffee is really good, and the staff is very kind and attentive. Access to the hotel is simple, either by road or by boats (they leave you at a pier right in front of the hotel).

The hotel met all of our needs. Superb host, very friendly and wonderful hospitality. Lovely breakfast. Room very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again on our return to the Danube Delta. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!

No transportation provided by the hotel to the beach which is about 4km away. There's cab's to be taken or 40 min walk.

Everything was high at standards breakfast, location, staff, entertainment, room etc. Couldn't ask for more.

Most beautiful view on Danube very quiet overnight. Good breakfast, big room with hot shower and reasonably good wifi. Very clean. Not very crowded this time of year. Location is close to town city and 4km from beach, taxi available around 12-13 ron. Boat trips location close to hotel, recommend trip at sunset.

The facilities were asking for renewal, several things were non functional, namely the shower doors, the shower knob, the electrical outlet for the card was making a funny noise. The fit and finish of the bathroom is questionable... In the dining area ppl are smoking and this is somehow unpleasant, not kids friendly anyhow.

Location is great, just in front of the Danube river.

The premises do not have a lift, and the stairs are quite difficult to climb. The beach 3 km from the location, only reachable by taxi. Museums are closed, not much to see around. A little more advertising would highlight this town full of history.

Excellent location, on the banks of the Danube river, with a superb view to the river. Breakfast was good, but some fruits would make it excellent. Friendly staff. Very quiet and relaxing.

Cons: -the breakfast - it was almost basic, no fruits, no desserts; also serving hours 08 to 10 am means you can't have breakfast and catch an early shuttle to Tulcea.

On our room the door and the lock were damaged. In the bathroom was a horrible sewage smell. We could barley go inside to take a shower. The shower was not properly sealed and the water was going on the floor. The toilet lid was broken and we couldn’t seat on it. We weren’t informed about the policy with the towels and also in the bathroom was nowhere written. Exposed power cables. The mattress cover was missing. We were reporting all these issues to the hotel reception and it took two days to fix something and that was only the toilet lid. Not enough space in the breakfast lounge for all the guests. The uploaded pictures speak also from itself.

The location in Sulina. The stuff from breakfast and housekeeping were friendly and very helpful.

first of all it is not a Hotel nor a Palace; it is a family-run establishment or as written on a Romanian site: "rent rooms" (just know it first and don't resort to misunderstanding about the type of location); consequently the services are genuine and disorganized, compared to a Hotel. the room is not cleaned during the stay and the towels are not replaced (my stay lasted three days); the used shampoo sachets are integrated but dont even collect the empty shampoo sachets. the breakfast room does not have enough seating to serve customers (see photo) - considering all boat trips start at 09:00 and breakfast starts at 08:00 queuing is a mathematical matter (or you don't have breakfast in hotel) the numerous people of the manager family dont have a dress code and wander around the tables without a specific purpose and above all without an anti-covid mask (you can see that there are no rules to be observed for the staff).

Absolutely no respect of Covid rules. Neither by the staff, nor by guests (no one being requested to wear a mask - Despite the presence of many signs explaining the attitude to take). No cleaning of rooms done during the day (cleaning staff arrived at 18h00!!) Old fashioned bathroom Curtains to short to get full dark in room. Breakfast medium, cleaness of dining room not adequate for the price.
