Hotel Delta 4 and 3 are connected by the restaurants, which are huge spaces. One evening I was seated by myself on a table for 12 or so (they only have one size table), with bright overhead lighting. Food was good though!

Located on the boulevard by the water's edge and convenient for shops and restaurants. Good breakfast, and bar on the ground floor (in the Delta3) overlooking the water.

Expensive rate for a regional city hotel.

Location is excellent and near all the restaurants. Room was spacious however strangely the “floor” seemed to be sloping. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free car parking although had to move the car due to possible floods with rain. A massage chair in the room and swimming pool and gym in the property.

The hotel is old. All the facilities need a big refresh. The room floor is inclined which is very disturbing.

The location was great for a trip in the Delta. The view on the Danube Pool + Hammam + sport room.

Electricity: TV get fuzzy when using the hairfan Bathroom: the sink is placed too low for 1,65 cm people (I can not imagine how it is for higher people...)

There is a spa, but people outbroad the hotel can use the spa too. So there are not enough relaxingbeds in the spa for customers of the hotel.

The smell which greets you when entering and exiting the hotel. And the parking facilities, overcrowded.

They gym is small, how are you even meant to use that bar over the bench press machine. The bar is not in the position for bench press nor can you use it for squatting because of lack of space.

Not clear where is the parking of the hotel, except the closed one, where is the Mercedes of the owner (?). There is public parking, for a few places. The restaurant should stay out of any choice for dinner. The meal was no taste, respectively impossible to eat. The breakfast is weak, in a sad atmosphere. Some of the food looks old, anyway not proper for being there, in a 4* hotel.

Not many hotels in Tulcea, this is why Delta 4* could be considered a good one. The location is convenient, the rooms are big enough, the bed is comfortable. The reception is OK.

Poor breakfast, few options to choose from. Shower cabin was leaking water on bathroom's floor. Room and bathroom floor had small inclination that gave us a strange feeling.

I would recommend investing further into amenities, bathroom shower cabin needs mending/changing, breakfast is no near other 4 stars hotels. The entire experience seems to replicate the early 90s feeling.

The parking situation in front of the hotel is a bit chaotic. We had to move our car several times. However, the staff asked us to do so in a friendly way and the parking space was for free.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and are looking good. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. The staff is friendly and helped us to book a great trip to Danube Delta.

Good variety at breakfast, including sweets. Excellent fish specialities (marinade, smoked, fish eggs). Large room with a good view of Danube.
