Our room did not have an AC, although other rooms did. Stained walls, which made the room seem cheap.

The hotel has a pool and parking. Food is ok. Service was good. Room and textiles were clean.

I stayed at the hotel with my 18 students and 3 colleagues only for one night. We travel back home from our Erasmus+ partner from the east of Romania. We arrived very late but the staff waited for us, he was very helpful and kind. Rooms were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed after out travelling from the east. It was shamed we could stay only one night. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

When we arrived at 4 pm there was already unbearable noise from two weddings on site which continued until midnight. Our room is on the third floor with no elevator or assistance and we have to carry our luggage literally through the dance floor (in use) at the top of the stairs. Third floor is an attic directly under the roof. It’s extremely hot with no A/C in common areas. The room itself has usa portable A/C unit with the noisy compressor in the room. Running all night is incredibly noisy and the temperature never drops below 26 deg. The room smells. Angled ceiling under the roof mean the usable floor area is about 1/2. Bathroom has a badly cracked sink. Shower head holder is broken so the hower head falls on floor. Water pressure so low it won’t work anyway. Breakfast buffet at 9:30 am is a plate with scraps of some stone cold scrambled egg not even enough for 1 person. No attempt to keep it warm or replenish it. Some stale sliced bread. Two types of sliced meat and cheese left over from the previous night, some jam and some Luke warm undrinkable coffee. Not even any water. You If you served it in a prison, you would be hauled before the United Nations.

No remote for ac. No smart tv, verry squeaky beds.

Nobody bothered us, we had balcony, fridge, restaurat. Even if we were verry late outside on the restaurant terrace they didn.t bother us and asked politely if we could lock the door when we go in.

We got the confirmation of our booking and when we arrived the next day from a different city, the receptionist told us that they got no rooms available for us. The owner is responsible for verifying and closing the sales so when the receptionist called him he just said no, nothing Is available. How disrespectful is to treat guests like this and just leave the poor reception staff to deal with the owners mistakes. Poor soul is there only to apologise and inform angry customers to find another place. At least the owner could have called us in advance to inform us about the issue but he WASN'T EVEN AWARE OF US COMING/HAVING 2 ROOMS. Shame!

Never book this property on a weekend, during our one night stay, there were 2 weddings with 2 different extremely loud music, impossible to sleep.

The beds and the pillows.

What I really loved about this property was the staff, the food (OMG) and the facilities that came with our booking. The two women servers were very friendly and kind and helped us with all our requirements. The restaurant dishes has great value and amazingly delicious so we actually decided that we are going to eat just at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast is simple but enough. The coffee wasn’t that good and it lacks several things like water or a refreshment but overall we were happy with the whole breakfast “thing”. The hotel has one big pool and a small one plus a bar so for us is a big plus 👍🏼 The rooms have great money value, are big with natural light and spacious, however the bed and the pillows weren’t that comfortable so I would recommend them to invest in better and more spacious beds. The staff helped me immediately and they provided me with an extra thin mattress and better pillows. I was able to rest better the second night. The hotel is very near Sighisoara but you need a car to move around. For us was perfect cause we wanted to relax more at the pool but still be able to go to Sighisoara easily. Overall, many thanks to the staff and for sure we will be back.

There were dead flies on the floor in the room and bathroom when we got there.

It’s a really cute hotel and the staff were so nice. The beds were comfortable. The area was pretty quiet so it was a great.
