The apartment is beautiful and very well furnished. Everything makes you feel at home. The food is delicious and the hosts are very kind and always willing to help you. I really recommend this place, it has everything that you need for a lovely and peaceful vacation on Doftana Valley. Also the property has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the swing and the gazebo while drinking a cup of tea.

Every time I return with love to this guesthouse where I can say that I feel like home. The hosts are very welcoming and the food is traditional and excellently well prepared. The appartment is elegant and big. It has a huge superb terrace towards a beautiful mountain scenery. For us is a great thing it has blackout curtains both in the bedroom and in the living. The bed is large and comfy and so is the expandable sofa. Great experience!

Pet friendly. So if you have a big and friendly dog (sheperd) he can sleep in the garden which is fenced, very large and beautiful. For small pets, the owner can give you a carpet for your small friend so he can sleep with you in the room. In the area there are some small size dogs, which might bark a lot. The owner has a super user friendly cat. Good cafe.

The only disadvantage - for sedentary people - might be you need to climb endless flights of stairs when getting out. But that helps burning calories after the copious meals!

The residence and its huge yard are extremely welcoming and so is the staff, always available and friendly. The vast gardens lead to amazing spots: a seesaw, a swing, a gazebo and a pond where fish swim at leisure. The greenery is luxuriant and surrounded by a small orchard of apple- and pear-trees. It is soul-appeasing, peaceful and rejuvenating. The rooms are equipped with every necessary device, most of them open on a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and your daily meals. The food is delicious and surprisingly cheap! The view is spectacular even when there is a storm coming.

not many options for food. if you are not a meat eater, is a little tricky. it would be nice also to have a water machine to make hot water for tea.

amasing design of the room, very friendly staff, we loved that the family rooms are separate then the standard rooms because a big group of people where there to party and to grill and we never heard them (we had a 2 month old baby with us that could have been bothered by noise but it was not the case at all due to the good organisation of the rooms) we booked another visit for July. is definitely a place to go back to and is grear for intimate family time together.

The personal was so friendly and helping with whatever we needed. The room very confy and the exit on the terrace exactly what you need during lazy mornings. We also rent bicycles from the property one day and we really recommend to do that. The food was amazing and also the serving on the terrace. If you want to go to Doftana, you should defenitely go to this amzing accomodation. ❤

There is no sign to indicate we were at the proper location and it was a bit tricky to find the actual place, but we did provide this feedback to the owner and he said he will definitely place a sign to make this easier for the future.

The people are friendly, the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The possibility to eat at the location is also very convenient. Plenty of terrace room throughout the compound, where you can either play games, relax with a few drinks, etc.

The "apartment" is in fact a room, more on the small side, with a bathroom. You don't have access to a kitchen. According to the description all the rooms have a balcony when in fact two of the rooms have access to a common terrace and the third room (in which we stayed) doesn't have access even to that terrace. Also, there were some wires coming out from the walls as the property is still a bit under construction.

The property is modern, the yard is huge, but needs some taking care of. There is a shop right in front of the property, very convenient.

The location is gorgeous, with a very nice garden and a swing in the back. The staff is very helpful and they accommodate to your needs with ease and openness. Rooms are recently renovated and very clean, soundproof. I would recommend this to everybody, especially if you enjoy quietness and great food. While you’re there, you must visit Lake Orjogoaia.
