It's not a dealbreaker, but be advised about parking. The guesthouse is on a narrow, steep street with residents-only parking. Free non-resident parking is a little further along the main road in and out of this area, One side of the bed had squeaky springs, other half of the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable room with clean towels and bed linen, large bathroom. Easy self check in. About 25 min walk to town center, pleasant and safe feel to the area. There's a bus stop on the main road for a bus into town or to the forest.

Unpleasant smell of the house specially in the bathroom. The water is so slow to flow through the shower cabin hole. Bed is uncomfortble. Its so cold in the room since it has no heat atleast at night. Small pillows. Cabinets and table were full of dust when we arrived. The whole room was not so clean. No change of towels and garbage from bathroom. Spiderwebs and big spiders in bathroom.

For money budget okay👍. Location is 30 mins away to the center by walking. Bus is near from the house. Nice view from the yard. Quiet place.

Nothing worked at the kitchen - the kettle, the microwave, there were no matches to light the stove, for some reason. There was an issue with the toilet - the water wasn't working properly. In general, these issues were not too bad. However, I wouldn't stay here again because of the location - I chose this place for the mountain view, but all of Brasov is mountain views. It's better to find something cheaper and closer to the center.

The mountain view was definitely nice, the room itself was nice, too. It smelled of wood which wss fantastic. The host was very helpful as well.

The place has potential but there are some details that affected the experience: the most important was the quality of the mattress of my bed, it's too soft and it bends in the center when I sit on it, and besides that the pillows are way too small and soft to properly support the head while sleeping: these problems resulted in a very bad sleep for me and I moved all night trying to fall asleep. Other little problems were the position of the toilet, which I could only use if I leaned my body, and some little details like the door needed to be pulled in order to lock it or the entrance of air through the holes for the (missing) handle of the window.

I liked the view and the rustic look and feel of the accomodation. The rooms were warm and the staff was kind.

The floor in the room a bit sticky (not very clean). Single blanket for the double bed was rather uncomfortable to share and the staff didn't give us anything more after we complained. The kitchen downstairs was filled with dirty dishes and also ignored by the staff.

Absolutely fantastic view from the window! Beatiful, spacious family room (much bigger than expected), big clean warm shower and toilet room. Nice old fashion decor. Gorgeous outdoor veranda with a view, with tables and chairs and well looked after garden.

Room was dirty full of dust. Bathroom in terrible condition, one of the worst ever saw. Bed was very uncomfortable, worst cushions ever. We did not sleep well at all. We asked for other cushions but host told us they did not have additional ones. Host seemed just interested about the money and nothing else. There is no kitchen, just a fridge. No plates, no knives, no mugs, literally nothing - just a fridge and a dirty table. Small TV barely usable since the terrible bed situation. Uncomfortable room ever experienced unfortunately

The accommodation we stayed in here was very lovely, Ionel was a perfect host - making sure the property was fully stocked with tea, coffee and water. He gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. It was very cosy and clean. It is not far from the BRASOV sign, easily accessible to old town Brasov. Would highly recommend, hopefully we will be back soon.And not the last thing to mention the view and location it's absolutely breathtaking.

Everything else. Very dirty and old. Things were either broken or sticky. Too far from city centre. The host was super loud and rude. I hated how he didnt give us a receipt, the other guests were very unhappy about how they got charged more than they were supposed to!
