The room temperature was a bit cold and could not be set manually. The shower needs a bit of mending. The food servers were not too well prepared (mixing up or forgetting orders). The desert (papanasi) could have had a bit more blueberry jam on top :)

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms (4* building) and a very nice SPA zone (we were almost alone on Moday morning so we enjoyed). We received a free upgrade to a room with large balcony with beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was really good, you won't be disappointed with this hotel.

I didn't like the cocktails from the bar, were really awful. Also, I would say that the staff's comportment can be improved, without this to mean that was not ok, but definitely can be better.

The room size was good and the walk-in shower was really cool. Moreover, I liked the facilities, such as the 2 swimming pools, and the sauna. The food from the restaurant was pretty good.

Access road is a little tricky to find from the main road. Few hot items at the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful hotel in Campulung. Very modern, large spacious rooms with a big bathroom and walk-in dressing. Large and comfortable bed. Plenty of amenties as well as thick bathrobes and towels for the spa. Huge spa area with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam sauna and salty mineral water pool. We booked a massage via the receptionist (150 lei/55min) and the masseuse was super competent. Pleasant and relaxing after a day of skiing. Great breakfast buffet with fresh items.

Everything. Fantastic staff, facilities, amazing room with balcony and mountain views. Breakfast was great as was packed breakfast on morning of departure. We did not speak Romanian so the staff were super helpful. We were there for a wedding and not only did the Manager book the hairdresser for us, she took us in her car. Great Spa and lovely family facilities too. We would highly recommend this fabulous family run Hotel xxx

The SPA area was good, but you had to be careful not to injure yourself. Two of the kids cut their feet into the swimming pool because there was a few tiles missing ( you can see it from the photos). Even worse, a glass door from the ladies bathroom broke and injured a lady. The breakfast was poor, and also the food they served in the restaurant. Actualy I had to return 2 dishes because they weren’t good at all (a beef soup and a cheeseburger). But i also had a good meal in out first evening when i got a beef stew.

The apartament was good, clean an very spaicous with a great balcony. But there was some things that dissapointed me. The sofa was very unconfortable and the handle from the entrance door was broken and the staff didn’t fix it, eventhough I told them.

- the reception - the SPA - the price - the garden - the balcony - the restaurant *all these are in accordance with the price and with the fact that the hotel has 4 stars 😀

We liked the rooms and taking into account the price/night that would be all. The reception looks pretty bad for a 4* hotel and the SPA is ok but it doesn t look like a 4* hotel SPA.
