Toiletries were missing and there was no hand soap.

Superb room, new & modern, spacious with sufficient light, nice decor, comfortable bed and furniture. The location is ideal exactly next to old city and old restaurants/cafe. Heated toilet seat with bidet was nice surprise. Coffee capsules was also good to have. The host was really prompt in answering and extremely helpful with early check in and late check out. Electronic coding to enter very easy to use.

Fantastic stay at Blanari 4 which is in a great location so near to everything. The room we had was a great size with large windows and a balcony, the bathroom has a great shower and there are dressing gowns, large fluffy towels and a huge comfortable bed. Coffee machine with pods and water were provided. Access to the building was easy with the clear instructions provided by the host. Would not hesitate in staying here again, everything was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, would absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect for the old town but also for exploring other areas of the city. Located near gorgeous coffee shops and bars and just off the beaten track so was never too loud. The lock system worked brilliantly and there was a luggage room too. The view is not that beautiful and you must make sure that everything is working properly in the apartment.

The room exceeded my expectations and the interior design was modern. The location was very special and easy to enter. You only need a password. The cleaning service communicates with guests on a daily basis.

The property is located in the centre of the city. They provide you two bottles of water in the room and fresh apples. The cleanliness is exceptional. They provide also a bathrobe apart from the towels. The toilet with integrated bidet provide a sense of luxury. The property is warm and there is a luggage deposit.

The room is clean and perfectly located next to the city center. It's refurbished with any amenity you might want during your stay. Mattress is comfy and I even had the possibility to have the check-in a bit earlier which coming from a large trip I highly appreciated. Staff was helpful and responsive, it's really a place I can only highly recommend.

Room 5 was nice to look at, but not very functional. Very hot in the bedroom loft. We asked to be moved and were immediately accommodated. Superior customer service.
