The room was not so clean, the toilet was dirty ☹️ and the room too, my kids found a sock near the bed so for sure no one vacuum across the room

The rooms are facing a busy road and it can get a little noisy due to the traffic (especially the tram).

Large and nice room (family apartment). Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

One person appeared, as I understand he is from the personal, he was very aggressive and stopped his car infront of us (white Shkoda Octavia with red symbols of the registration number). We were with my family ... my kids, in the car and we just wanted to leave the hotel. The night during the registration the receptionist told us we can park there. This reaction of the "special" person makes some bad feelings of our stay in the hotel and I can say in the capital of Romania. Be so kind and ask your colleagues next time. You can improve... I have been in many places in the world and I see this threadmen for first time, sorry ... The receptionist, she was so kind and I am sorry if I make Her troubles.

Food, staff, cleanliness, comfort of the room, location. If you want to visit Terme this is your place. Definitely we will come back again in the future.

- lack of shower courtain, makes a very big pool of water every morning... - room has this ventilating system which is noisy and doesn't always shut off

- hotel positioning in the city, for my needs - food was good, and people who work there really nice - clean, spacious big room

During the two nights in the hotel, the beds were not made and I am not sure whether the room was cleaned (the trash cans were taken out, but overall the feeling of the care of the room was rather negative)

The location of the hotel is very good - access to the metro to the city center and the shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk. I appreciated free on-street parking of the rental car next to the hotel.

Cleaning can be improved on matter of carpets and textiles. Hygiene cleaning was much better

The food on breakfast can be better but at this price was good enough.

The hotel was very good, clean and modern. The staff was very polite and friendly. The location was very good near to metro station. The center is 15-20 min away with metro.

If I wanted to suggest anything to make the hotel better I'd add a gym but other then that facilities were great, staff were great and food was great
