The noise during the night..it was a kind of engine working.. The pilows were very poor and ..bad quality.

The hotel is situated close to the train station and the metro. The room is big and clean and the person from the desk was very helpful.

Would love to have a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Thin walls and so could we hear people in neighbouring rooms.

Spacious room, clean and modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Great location near the train station. We walked to the old town, it took us about 30 minutes. Great transport links with the bus too.

The proximity of North Railway Station was my first filter, and I wasn't disappointed at all. But the location, staff and the room overwhelmed me. The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff was very professional, considerate and kind, the building itself it's an example of mixing vintage architecture with modern facilities and good taste. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Due to low/no requests for breakfast, there was no breakfast option available. There is a Pub/Bar at the main level but they open quite late in the day, so no option to even get a coffee. It wasn't a major turn-off, it's just something that would've been "nice to have".

We liked the hotel, the room had an impressively high ceiling, we felt like in a mansion and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was large, the shower was large enough as I am quite tall. We liked everything that we were offered. There is a Pub/Bar downstairs, and it looked fun for someone going out for a drink and fun.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was 'individual ' they said, meaning that we were not given a menu They brought us some plates , without asking us if we had any food allergies or specific diets. When I saw the breakfast, I then had to explain, certain foods I could not eat. They weren't much flexible about it. And...the breakfast, kind of poor.

The location near the main train station was great as there is a train directly to airport, the metro station is just outside of the hotel and on the ground floor of the hotel is a very good restaurant open 7 days a week. Our room was on the 2nd floor oriented towards the street, but there was no noise from the street or other guests or the restaurant below. The room was great had a salon area with seating, spacious bathroom and bedroom, the heating was working and all was clean. There is a reception, so as we arrived at 10pm, there was no problem with checkin. The hotel always responded within a day when I had questions before arrival. Overall a great value for the price

There was nothing i didn't like. I would've loved an airport shuttle, however the train station was only about 5 minute walk so it was easy to get to, as I needed to catch an 8 am flight.

I was able to do an early check in which was nice because my train was arriving at noon. They were super prompt and brought me to my room, it was a really nice hotel and the beds were comfortable. Also spacious for luggages.

Stayed here during a two-night visit to Bucharest. Was looking for something close to the train station to be convenient for coming and going. This hotel was really great and exceeded my expectation. Super clean, quite, and comfortable and no issues whatsoever. There's also a metro station across the street and multiple street car lines so you can get anywhere in the City. Would stay again.

The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the railway station. Although we didn't have breakfast, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant on the first floor.

There wasn't anything I disliked. If I had to say something it would be the decor was slightly dated but it really wasn't an issue.

The only downside of the property is that in the morning there was no coffee in the room, i went downstairs to get a coffee but I found out there was no open coffee shop in the hotel itself. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice to offer me from his own coffee. Big thank you for that
