Staff was very kind, but not very attentive. If you reached out, extreamly helpful, but otherwise... No proactiveness to clean the premises or serve the guests. The quality of the service needs to be improved. Not enough trashcans available around the property. Breakfast was included, but poorly organised - no plates or silverware or bread at 09:00, guests had to go to the bar counter and ask, same for the available dishes - most were empty a lot of the time. Not a large variety compared to other places, but, indeed, quality food. Would make for a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star in these two points. Overall we would come again anytime, we really hope they improve in time as the location is absolutely excellent!

The best sound isolation we have ever found in any location, in Romania and EU. No noise from the outside pool - people or music, or other guests. We would give 10 stars for this, in other places we aaaalways hear vacuums, music, children, empty bottles being dragged in garbage bags on the floor. Very, very satisfied they actually paid attention to this. One of the main reasons why we will return. Close to Bucharest, which was the most important for us. Excellent location, two pools for adults, a third for kids, very clean, location upkept inside the rooms and in the lobbies, the courtyard, the pools. People always working on something somewhere - maintenance. Not very crowded during our stay, so not a lot of people. Lunch and dinner courses are very tasty, and prepped fast. Would be great for events too, they have 2 tents and a parc on the property, as well as a large parking. Very safe.

I had accommodation for only one night (after a wedding) and, unfortunately, I didn't manage to get to breakfast. I did not like that the minibar in the room was empty.

Good location, near Amara lake. Cozy room, nice bathroom, everything was clean.

if you are claustrophobic, I do not recommend because the room had a very small window. If you are taller than 180 cm, it is good to know that the rooms were located in a kind of attic, so the ceiling was very low Also the staf from the restaurant was not so friendly...i've waited more than one hour just to receive a menu...while the waiter was smoking ( only 3 tables were busy).

Small room on mansard floor was kinda tired, interior is far from looking new though all is working well. There was lack of fresh air, no vent through windows or other source.

What can be said here? A lot! Hoping that somebody from management will read this review, i will start with a very powerful flashing sign: HIRE MORE STAFF!!! Location itself it is beautiful but poorly mantained! Existing staff exhausted and cannot manage the entire aspects of 4 stars location! Restaurant menu extremely light, basic and most of dishes are frozen food! Again lack of staff makes ordering your lunch/dinner a test of your waiting capabilities! Helped myself with menus, armed with patience and waited to be seen/observed by one of the two waiters, i am 1.82 m tall and 90kg grown man, guess that was not enough to be....seen! Mentioned about two waiters, well one of them Mr. Gigi : WELL DONE!!!! You have my respect and sincerily THANK YOU!!!! The other one: worst attitude possible, unattentive, arrogant! For you mister when you adress bad words to your guests, be sure other guests dont hear it!!! Learn something from your older collegue, he may be older but he is way better then you! When you work in a 4 stars resort a lot are expected from you and the place you represent trough your work! You failed in most of your duties! Rooms needs more attention from housekeeping department, wich, more probably are understaffed like the other ones! Management of this hotel should take some action for those issue, they are the ones to be blamed not the staff ( except the waiter mentioned above, my opinion: he should be fired!)! Breakfest dissapointing!!! Not because of the quality/quantity of the products served, again management to be blaimed here! 4 stars hotel and you can afford a toaster??? Youn can afford to plug in the device that keeps the food warm??? Shame! Try to eat a cold omlette, or one sunny side up egg, or sausage, find a spot to have your so called breakfeast, hmh wait, you have to clear your spot first! Why? Because the above mentioned waiter is busy smoking outside! Water missing, cereals missing, etc!

Location has a large swimming pool, amazing views of lake Amara, sunset is a must to experience! Makes everything around more beautiful! Room we stayed large, clean, with comfy bed! Spiders webs are present and the vacuum should be done with more attention! The fault is because of the management, i have no doubt here! Dear sir 4 stars price paid by you guests, means they expect a lot in return, not only to dig into our pockets! I would like to thank Mrs Mariana, she's one of the saviours of this resort! Reception, my experience with them, good, professional! Lack of smiles, well, again not their fault, blame the manager/owner of this resort, can be one of the best in Romania, lack of staff just transforms it in just another wanna be, romanian venture in Horeca industry: take their money once, fidelity?! Who need it, WE WANT JUST YOUR MONEY! If manager/owner will read this, doubt it, gave them a bonus: Gigi and Mariana, they are your truly 2 stars! For the season, gave enployment opportunity to high school boys/girls, as helpers for your regular staff! I am sure that Gigi plus 2 helpers( for cleaning tables,serving food etc) can manage the whole terrace by himself! Bring some more options in the menu! At the end you are a 4 stars resort, not a street corner terrace! Overall i felt ok for my 46 yers old birthday, if i come again? Definetely yes, to chat with Gigi! Well done man!

Poor breakfast, noisy location (both on the side with the lake and on the side with parking), internet access almost impossible although the room was 5 m from the front desk, the hotel organizes weddings - it is almost impossible to rest on Saturday night to Sunday

The bathroom was not clean properly and it did not look like it was disinfected. The girl from the reception was a bit rude and she did not even look at us when she talked. We had to ask to get some information on how to get settled.

The property has a nice location. It has a lot of potential but is way too expensive for its value. The swimming pool was the only nice thing about it. I can add the Breaksfast too but not to fresh tbh.

Hello! I want to tell you about the attitude towards visitors in hotels on the shores of the Black Sea. Termavillage and Olimpik are such a complex. I want to warn right away that the founders and managers of the hotel are citizens of the Russian Federation. It is surprising that Bulgaria has not yet seized their property. Ukrainians took children from Odesa, Kherson and Mykolaiv during the period of active hostilities. And what we got: On the first day, everything seemed to be fine, but on the first day they began to change the conditions of our stay in the hotel and demand an additional payment, besides, the next day in the morning they began to kick out our children and their mothers from the restaurant, to which they were brought yesterday and shown how a place where our group can eat - they simply grabbed the hands of people sitting at the table and kicked them out of the room, the children had to go to the second floor under the open sun with bowls of food. The next time they laid out the food already on the second floor, the food lay under the sun for an hour and a half (which we did not know about) and there is a suspicion that the food was yesterday's and had not been eaten since the last time, in short - it was not fresh. After which 4 is fixed!!! Poisoning in the summer and three more mild ailments. The hotel has a water park, the water in the water park pool is cloudy. The hotel promised children ice cream every day - they did not give it out. The water park was also restricted. Starting from 8.08, nerves were constantly frayed every day, they were rude and shouted all the time - this is all your policy. I don't understand why politics is here. Regarding the rooms: the children and their parents went to the rooms with cobwebs and candy canes, what else they found there is up to your imagination, but all the same our finds were brighter - you can't think of such a thing.
