The bathroom started to smell at some point like drains, the main head shower did not work, and the water took too long to warm up. We asked for information about sauna when we arrived. The staff informed us that we need to book it only 30 min before we want to go. When we called the reception, around 4 pm, to book for 5 pm the same day, we were told they were fully booked all afternoon, and the sauna closes at 8 pm. It was very disappointing that we couldn't use it anymore. Except for the restaurant staff, everyone else was not bothered to show friendliness.

The location was close to the Peles Castle, 25 min walk to the town center. The decor of the hotel was very quaint, the room was spacious with a lovely view..The breakfast was great, with many choices, we loved that they changed some of the options the next day. The restaurant was so pretty, with a beautiful view and lovely music

The on/off power button of rhe shower not working, so I miss the lights, the music and the air flow during showers. The scale in the bathroom not working, probably needs new batterries.

Nice getaway for two days, quiet place, I enjoyed the last warm days eating on the terrace, best "ciorbe" ever, super staff, cosy room as always.

I bit far from the center, especially if you think of walking around and not taking your car. But the forest around it make up for it.

Jacuzzi bath in suite didn’t work.

This was a delightful property - we had three rooms but the suite on the top floor tower was amazing with lovely views in all directions. Excellent restaurant.

Incredible style within the spacious comfortable room which had a spa shower, and cozy balcony with fantastic views of the second highest peak of Romania. Was able to disconnect and enjoy the birds singing.

Wonderful cozy hotel at the outskirts of Sinaia. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Bath robes, mini bar, slippers, toiletries provided. Beautiful views, free parking and lovely restaurant. They have a spa as well with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage area.

The fact that the shower radio/fan/light was not working - the on/off button missing - room 202. The scale in the bathroom not working and the fact that the balcony door can not be closed from outside. I miss the possibility of turning down the heat in the room, sometimes it is too warm through the night.

Perfect service from the staff, proper and delicious dishes, the coziness of the hotel, quiet surroundings. Beautiful music in the common areas, sweet and nice smell all over in the hotel, it is just giving you a feeling of a peaceful retreat. I have to recommend the baked mountain grouse - it is exquisite, and also the mushroom soup (in the pic)! Also, for me, their sour soups (ciorbă in romanian) are very tasty.

Some of the hotel staff were not behaving professionally at all. We also had dinner at the hotel and we were not impressed by the cuisine. Very mediocre at best, same as the breakfast. The music at the restaurant is ancient old and the decoration of the hotel is very "heavy" and out of fashion for today's standards.

The hotel smells amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and the bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast had a good variety but not very tasty.

The bathroom scale wasn't working (probably it needs a new battery) and the shower radio (and the other digital functions of it) was inaccessible as the on/off button was broken (there are 10 years since the hotel is open, but I still miss some music and the lights and the fan in the shower). Perfect retreat if you want to have some quiet time for you. Great menu - they have some new dishes as the autumn came. Very friendly staff and high quality service. Even it was 10-12 degrees Celsius, you could still have lunch or a coffee on the terrace. Warm room, smart TV set. Nice breakfast, for every taste, nice surroundings if you want to take a walk.

The parking spaces seem to be limited and very few compared to the number of rooms available.

I had a malfunction with the soap dispenser in the shower and, unfortunately, the features of the shower (radio, lights, fan) were off due to the fact the ON/OFF button was broken (room 104). Also, in those types of rooms, where the TV set is not centered towards the bed, the TV set could be installed on a movable rack to slightly rotate the TV towards the viewer.

As always, top conditions, excellent staff, good food, nice view. Perfect place to recharge yourself or to have a romantic vacation with someone, far from the busy streets. Soon there will be a new addition to the hotel, a new building, so in a few months they will get to accommodate more tourists in these awesome conditions
