Although the hotel was centrally located in the old city, the neighborhood was too noisy full of drunks. Our room was not overlookin the street so we manage to have some quite time afte 4 a.m. Unfortunatelly the first floor rooms such as our, are above the kitchen making the space too hot. Last but not least the room was nice, but it did not over enough furniture options, no chair or table for our suitcases and no wardrobe.

Modern design and a great location. The breakfast was perfectly rich and even had a take away option for the one time we missed it.

The room was kind of small. While the location was great, the bars on this particular street played loud music all night long. Luckily we were in the second building of the hotel so the noise was minimal with the help of earplugs, can't imagine what the noise would have been like had we stayed in the first building.

The location was close to public transport and basically we were in the heart of Old Town. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel.Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast, loved the croissants.

In the room was very hot, A/C didn’t work all our stay (3 days). Breakfast - small selection of food, eggs/bacon/sausages not hot.

This isn’t a place for those who don’t like noise. It’s in the middle of the old town so it’s VERY noisy. Both outside noise and guests who seem to have no idea how much noise they are making. Breakfast finished at 09.45 could of stayed on longer .

Location was fantastic walkable to everything. Lots of good restaurants. Staff from reception to housekeeping were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely , nice croissants and more than enough to eat.

Although location is perfect, hotel is surrounded by bars and clubs and therefore it is very noisy during the night because of the loud music. Rooms need more soundproofing.

A local bar plays music really loud from 11pm - 5am, impossible to sleep with the windows open.

Easy to get to as it is right in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly.

It is unfortunate that such a lovely hotel has a bouncing strip club right outside that will be loud until 6am Mon-Sun. Although, we asked to move to a quieter room which was facilitated immediately by staff. The room was slightly quieter and came with earplugs.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, you cannot fault that. The staff were friendly and attentive, with 24 reception. I left a ring at the property which was kept safe until I could arrange for collection. They then facilitated collection and dealt with a difficult courier for me on my behalf. You cannot fault the staff at this place.

The area, to load- club area which I wasn’t aware. It looked unsafe as the people would party drunk from 8 pm till 7 am. You could see drunk people on the streets all the time.

The noise of the area. Even though we got a quiet room, we could still hear the annoying beats from a club nearby. The second night we got ear plugs and that helped a lot. Moreover, our noisy neighbours woke us up both nights at 4 am.

Best location in the heart of the old city centre, beautiful design and helpful staff. I recommend it.

The room was very small and with a sloping ceiling that made it very uncomfortable to walk to the bed (not suitable for people 175 cm tall).

The room was unbearably warm, even in Winter and with heaters turned off, I had to eventually sleep with the window open (in February). Given the location during the night it can be quite noisy. There was no table/desk in the room, only a piece of furniture with the TV on top.

Recently renovated facilities. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Bed is very comfortable. Slippers are provided. Great central location.
