The walls aren’t really soundproof. I could hear people clearly from my room, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

The hotel was nice, very cute and clean. They also offered complimentary champagne which was a lovely touch! A nice view from my room, and the staff were nice too. They had a good amount of breakfast options.

The bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner. And we were missing one bath robe and slippers.

Great location, center is walking distance if you like to walk other wise you can get a cheap taxi to the old part of the center. Big room with comfortable bed. Breakfast offers a lot of things to enjoy. The staff was also great. There are great restaurants near the hotel. After booking we asked for a parking spot for our stay and we got one.

Free wifi worked only up to the second floor for me. Staying on floor 3 during my stay meant the need to procure a local SIM card and create a hotspot. Some Wi-Fi repeaters throughout the hotel would be nice. No elevator.

Quaint boutique hotel close to my work location with nice decor and polite staff. The nice thing is that they have a very good cafe attached and a bistro across the road. The location is good, close to the boulevard, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel parking is tiny and shared with a huge dentist and beauty center. You can't reserve a spot, so you have to get lucky or wait on the parking until a spot frees up. The overall price for what you get is also on the steep side. The hotel is apparently 4 stars, but I've honestly stayed at 3 star hotels that offered more for a lower price. I'd still recommend Ganzo If you're not with a car and are looking for a clean hotel with a decent breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also good. I've seen some other reviews say it's not clean, but that's really not the case, our room was spotless. The bed was comfy as well.

Four nights stay, towels were changed only once and the garbage from the room was not even taken out . From the beginning the room was not fully clean.

The hotel needs renovation, as everything is old, broken in some way or has traces from usage. The breakfast was the same every day.

The staff was amazing. They were super nice and attentive. The room was also quite nice, very spacious and clean. A spacious bathroom as well. The AC was placed very strategically. It was not near the bed which was great because we could run it all night long and had a nice temperature.

The carpet was stained in many places, gives you an uncomfortable feeling. In the bathroom there was no soap nor shower gel, only shampoo. There was a very strong odor in the room, either from the cleaning products, either they perfume on purpose, either way it was very strong, my respiratory tract was soaring. PLEASE, people is it extremely toxic to breathe these, especially where you sleep. Fortunately I was able to open the window.
