The room was pretty cold and there was only one thin blanket smaller than the large bed which for two people made it a bit uncomfortable. The most difficult part was the lack of an elevator from the ground floor. There is an elevator at the reception to the rooms, but from the entrance of the building to the lobby there was several stairs with no elevator or ramp for the luggage. The personnel was otherwise very helpful.

We booked a double room with balcony and sea view and it was great. Very big room, comfortable bed, clean. Nice breakfast.

The old doors from the rooms are not isolated and you can hear everyhting from the lobby, the wind blows from underneath them, and light is also entering the rooms from the lobby. Staff is very well intended but highly underqualified for this type of location.

The new renovated rooms are top comfort and pleasant. Nice sea view.

It would be nice to have a small table in the room, and better blackout curtains to block the sun in the morning. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but we didn't know that off-season means that there is literally NOTHING open around the hotel - no restaurants, no shops, the whole street in front of the hotel totally empty (even though the restaurants etc. were supposed to be open according to Google)! :D Luckily we had a car so we found some life elsewhere. When there are a lot of tourists, it is probably a bit noisy, as the main (pedestrian) street is right under the balcony.

The room was very beautiful, clean and cosy, there were also some books and plants! Nice views to the Black Sea and the beach, which is right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast platters were huge and so delicious! Great views also from the breakfast room. It was quiet and peaceful (off-season).

Staff started cleaning to early every morning(meaning 8:00am) this not allowing you to have proper sleep, noise all around of banging objects, strong sewer smell in the bathroom and because of this at all times times bathroom door had to be closed.

There was no orange juice at the breakfast buffet. This should be offered, I think.

It is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Its location just on the beach promenade makes it perfect for a beach vacation. Practical is also that it is situated just by the cable car station. Good breakfast buffet with both warm and cold options. Nice roof bar/restaurant with great view over the sea and comprehensive menu with affordable prices.

I wanted my room to smell always fresh like the first day. Second and third was just ok. Then I requested extra cleaning and the room smelled wonderful. I did not like that there is no shampoo and conditioner designed for hair and the shower soap dispenser was not working.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Breakfast area, variety and presentation. Elevator style. Attention to design details. I love having a robe and slippers in the room.

It’s very close to the beach, it has quite a few attractions, including a gondola that gives quite a view on this amaizing city. The breafast service is very good as is the restaurant.

For me, the old furniture was just not suitable in the picture. There is a difference between "vintage" and not very well preserved, so this is the reason why I'm not granting the highest score.

The hotel is close to the beach and the main attractions. It's quite small and cozy. We really appreciated the fact that it encourages reading, having books displayed in several parts of the hotel, including in the room.
