Bathroom: The shower cabin was too small, and I could barely wash properly.

Bathroom: There was always hot water and the toilet flushed properly. The heat was running well as well. Room: It was very big, and every appliance was working fine(fridge, TV, plugs, lights). It was also clean, and the beds were very comfortable and properly sized. Bonus, even though it was near a boulevard, it was quite quiet. Breakfast: It was very diverse. Many cold cuts, eggs in various forms, bacon, coffee, orange juice, some cakes for the sweet taste and yogurt. You have plenty to choose from. Location: There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and it is close to the Delfinarium. Staff: They were very nice and helpful.

There was noise from the street but it was ok with the window closed.

The staff was really nice. They prepared sandwiches and coffee for us in the morning because we left before breakfast was served. There is secure parking next to the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower.

The room we booked for two persons was bright and had everything needed incl. bathroom with shower, air conditioning, fridge, TV. The hotel staff were obliging and kept the room clean, changed the towels, etc. The location close to a beach (10 min by foot) and a city mall added to the overall very positive experience.

Hotel require some hands on it and renovation. AC in room is old and noisy. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors all around. Very hot in public areas due to lack of AC or ventilation. Power switch in my room malfunctioned few times that resulted in black outs. Wi-Fi on the fourth floor is weak.

Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Soundproof windows. Parking lot. Location is near park area, shopping mall and supermarket. Good public transport connection are walking distance.

Avoid the top floor because it's very hot and the air conditioning was poor. I asked to move and they said it was impossible. Because of the summer season. Because the delfhinarium is closed and will always be kids so you have to be used to kids and big families. And sometimes if forget to close the door in here 7 of them yelling down the corridor.

Very clean everyday. good bed. Owners speak English and helpful but staff at the reception do not and will yell at you in Romanian . The blonde lady in particular. It's always no no no and no.able to keep one loud family quiet after 10 p.m. so that was nice!

There was a damp/moist portion of the room carpet, between the bed and the balcony door. Apparently the door had been left open vertically, and a sudden storm managed to pour some water inside. As we did not stay for long, and we only needed the room for the evenings/nights, the mild "wet dog" sensation was not a strong bother, especially with the window opened for fresh air (we had no need for the in-room AC), thus we did not request a room change, even though the hotel staff immediately offered to do it. So this is a 1/2 "what we did not like", actually, and not a full blown complaint.

The property is located near a quiet seaside section of the southern part of Constanta - you do about 10 min max of relaxed straightforward walking until you hit the sand. You have several supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, as well as the Dolphinarium, nature park, open air zoo and other small attractions, right across the street, that will guarantee you at least half a day of fun. Contrary to how it may seem, there was no noise disturbing you from the park. Also the hotel it is quite close by personal car or Uber to the Constanta Casino, and we had a very nice evening dining out next to the sea. If you fancy the sand, crowds, lights, Ibiza-like atmosphere of Mamaia, you can get there in 10 minutes by car/Uber.
