Most of the rooms have no balcony, that is a big minus. One of the elevators was out of order, when you have a full hotel that becomes a problem. At The forest restaurant whenbit gets croweded the seevices gets slow. The breakfast could have more variety, especialy considering the money they ask. But overall we'll visit again.

Very clean room, 2 tv sets in the room. Nice bathroom products, coffee machine in the room. Friendly stuff. Great spa facilities, salt water pools, hydromassage in every pool. The peeling show in the steam sauna was excelent. Good food in the Gastrolab and The forest restaurants. Big parking lot, and many outside activities in the resort. The massages are great, well trained personel.

The room was great, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the forest. Breakfast was diverse and really good. The spa facilities are very well maintained.

The area is fabulous, remote and yet with all the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast offered options for all tastes. The spa is wonderful.

Very old and noisy AC convector, next to the bed, making and exasperating noise during all night although turned off. It did also make hot, regardless of being turned on or off, respected being set on hot or cold. We could not turn it off even with all the circuit breakers in f the room - placed in a box above the entrance door, turned off. It was so unfortunate that we have left the hotel after the first night.

The hotel was wonderful, nice view. The breakfast was plentiful, even if you arrived late, everything was refilled and available and there were options for every taste (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). Food was good at breakfast as well as for the rest of their menu at both of their restaurants (Forest and Gastrolab). The spa was great, you had everything you needed to enjoy the day at the pool (sufficient chaises longues for everybody, robes, slippers, towels). However I must highlight that it was not that crowded when we went there. The staff was polite and helpful. The room in panorama villa 2 was great (big enough for 2 people, clean, sufficient light, bed was comfortable and it was quiet, we did not hear our neighbors from the other rooms). We would return here.

The location and surroundings are breathtaking. The spa and the massages were a dream. The hotel is filled with original art. Being an artist myself, I was thrilled to discover so many beautiful paintings and sculptures. The food was delicious.

Whilst they have safe lockers at the spa, they don't have changing rooms. I had to get dressed/ undressed as quickly as possible in a small space always checking the main door at the female locker room (the door leading the hallway didn't stayed shut also). Also they have a lot of families visiting with small children and they don't have any baby changing areas nor playing areas for children in the restaurant or outside.

This is truly a resort with a lot of amenities and facilities on site. Breakfast was high quality, restaurant on site really nice with good food, staff really nice, the spa area is well kept and there are a lot of pools to choose from (outdoor heated pool was really nice. They have 4 electrical vehicle charging stations which was a bonus for us and even a shop where you can buy swimwear and clothes. The design of the hotel is very nice and the room was clean

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The food is excellent. We had a room in Panorama 2, which was unexpectedly nice. The views are great. The spa area is very nice, the staff very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is the big minus of this resort! We are not hard to impress persons, but when it comes to a 4 stars hotel and 200 euros/night room, we had some expectations and some of the waiters and even the receptionists are maximum 1 star rating. We stayed 3 nights and one of us found HAIR in food for 3 nights in a row, which makes us the unlucky ones or maybe some people from kitchen, had to be wearing protection. The f&b manager (I hope she is not) when we complained about it, she deliberately smiled and wanted to bring us some desert and after we refused it, she automatically brings the bill and wanted us to leave! We didn’t wanted to pay for the food, but in the end we payed for the hairy dish! GROSS! We will never come back!

The location, right in the middle of the woods is pretty much what we were looking for, the quietness, the raw nature were impressive. We really enjoyed it! As a parent, you definitely love the spa zone, where the kids can enjoy, make friends and even cry when we had to leave the pool.

Nothing, the only thing which we didnt like was the fact that many guests book in the morning places in SPA and then leave to come back later. So, as of 9.00 almost not possible to take a place along windows, just only around the pool if you will be lucky. But for us it was not very important and didnt spoil the whole impression from the place.

Perfect place for a nice short break. Everything was excellent: SPA, restaurants, room. We stayed in Villa Panorama 2 with amazing view with sunrise. Definitely will come back here again and recommend to visit.

Unfortunately the spa rules displayed (no kids under 14 in the evening, no jumping in the pools etc) are not enforced, leading to a lot of unattended kids repeatedly jumping in the pools both inside and outside + being allowed to stay until closing time, despite rules stating otherwise. Be weary at the weekend the SPA can get way too busy for its seating spaces and you could end up not having a lounger/chair despite being there within 30minutes from opening.

The location is perfect for relaxation, food at Gastrolab is incredible and the room was comfortable with great views
