The bathtub in the room was 50% working and the food in the restaurant was very expensive for Romania (but it was delicious). Also the hotel was up on a hill 15-20 min away on foot from the center so without a car it will be a hard walk up the hill.

The stay was very nice the hotel was big and clean and the pool was big enough. The staff was very friendly and amiable helping at every moment.

For some people the elevator could seems a little be to slow and not 100% secure (just an impression of mine).

Excellent cozy room, splendid view and perfect cleanliness care. The breakfast was diversified and of very good quality.

Breakfast is very miserable, you have to order your food which is always the same scrambled eggs and sausages and fresh cut meats. Not a buffet style as is normally. You have to cross opposite the hotel for breakfast since it's not in the same building. If you're a gym guy the gym is equipped with your needs. I used it daily and on occasion it was full of users. The only criticism I can give is the breakfast considering the price.

As we arrived in the evening it was quite dark. We used our hire car to venture into Braşov but would have rather walked. Hotel is on quite a steep hill.

Lovely hotel, brilliant facilities such as pool, spa and function room. Nice spacious bedroom, although bathroom on the smaller side, great amenities eg hairdryer, toiletries. Staff were very friendly. The hotel gives lovely views of Braşov. Our favourite part about the hotel was the restaurant! It was absolutely amazing food and service.

The water in the pool was not warm enough for my liking:) one other thing I did not like was that I schedule a massage for 10 am ,when I went downstairs at 10 am the lady was not there ,she showed up 10 minutes later cold with no apology for being late ,but that was not the problem ,the problem was that when she started the massage her hands were cold her nose was running, and the oil she use was cold as well ,so maybe arrive 10 minutes earlier and have yourself set up ahead of appointment. :)

The view, of the city Brasov, the service in the restaurant was fast, nice polite waiters, the dished delicious. The service at the reception check in and out was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast

The water in the pool was too cold for me. It would have been perfect just a little bit warmer. And I didn’t liked the pillows cause they were yo stuffed and hard. I prefer them soft and fluffy.

The only negative thing was that the massage wasn’t available during our stay.

The pool was good, the breakfast was satisfying. As someone who is constantly training, their gym equipment was very good for the price, it did cover my training needs.

While close(ish) to town, its a very steep walk back! The venue has lots of events which can make parking a real pain.

Super comfy and spotless room. We had a little balcony with incredible views. Good facilities, an excellent gym once again with great views. Dinner at the restaurant was next level, spectacular food and very good service.

Coffe machine with Coffe in the room. A welcoming package such as fresh fruits or mineral water. A wider choice of options for the room service. Since the hotel is far away from the city sometimes the customers would prefer a light dinner ,sandwiches ,etc.
