Very friendly staff, great old mansion, nixe room ans bathroom

It is an old house with old plumbing, so it takes a very long time for the hot water to flow out of the tap. They even have a sign to explain this to guests and I was okay with it. Also the shower tube, it looks very nice but a little cramped.

Fantastic warm and friendly staff, who made as if any request was no problem. They were always proactive in trying to help, rather than hang back and do nothing until asked. Immaculate decor and with period furniture was very nice. Location was on a quiet back street, but still very close to the city centre, tram, buses or metro lines if needed. The room was massive, as was the bathroom and I found it to be very comfortable.

We were upgraded to a lovely spacious and clean room with no stairs. This was great for seniors like ourselves. We very much appreciated this gesture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. We would recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The bathroom door on our room (20) is making an awful noise/squeak when opened. Also some drain smell surfaced at times in bathroom but I’m very aware the amazing building is very old and pipes system have an age too-this is just a comment in case something can be done about it.

Staff were excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Many thanks to Doina and Oana for their kindness and generosity.

As for a 4 stars hotel and lack of gym facilities is disappointing. Good breakfast but available from 8am. I have not seen such information on the website. Should be provided from 7am. However, after Our request was accessible from 7:30am.

Staff was most helpful, particularly Oana at the front desk and Doina in the breakfast room. Location is just minutes from the Old Town and the street along the front of the hotel has just been rebuilt!

The breakfast is OK but. You can find a lot of things but not of great quality. The coffee is very bad but you can ask for cappuccino and are entitled to one cup. Don't drink the juice. It could be an option to take your breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel has been renovated to meet the style of the epoque. Well done! The size of the room is big, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean. The staff is helpful. The hotel is located in the old jewish quater being renovated at the moment.

The “ hot” food was warm and not hot but the selection of cold foods was excellent . The restaurant was not opened for evening meals.

The decor was fantastic . Lovely outdoor courtyard to sit and have a coffee. The room was comfortable, spotless but view wasn’t great. Location was good and convenient to public transport. The old town was 8 min walk with plenty of restaurants and cafes

Breakfast timings were a little confusing, but this was partially due to my group's fault. The rooms were a little dated and small, but this was nothing to cancel over. Mostly minor inconveniences.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was vintage and beautiful. It was also well located, only a ten minute walk from downtown! Breakfast was plentiful and the wifi worked well!

The location was very central and easy to walk into the old town but the walk was through some derelict streets so some might find that off putting.

The temperature in the room was really warm and you have no control over the heating.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room small but comfortable, lovely fresh breakfast, close to the old town and transport network.
