I couldn't find something not to like...

The location and the view ( the large and quiet room, the jacuzzi) , the helpful and friendly staff ( the girl with blue highlights in her hair was so nice and helpful, but everyone made us feel welcome and at home) excelent cleanliness and wonderful pool. It was a great experience: the food was very good and for every taste(especially the coffee). We got on foot to Parc Aventura and to the Zoo (the Planetarium had interesting shows), we played pool in the evenings, I specially liked the sauna after swimming in the most refreshing pool. The only problem was that too soon it was time to check out. I will definitely go back.

No restaurants nearby on foot. As was start of season no pool or anywhere to sit in grounds . Dust under beds and empty bottle under cabinet. Noisy, local dogs barking ALL night.

Visiting the hotel for the second time, we expected to have the same level of service as it used to be a few years ago, but something has changed, and the hotel hasn't met our expectations. Breakfast disappointed us. We thought that not fresh bread and pastry were served only on Sunday, because it was a day off, but unfortunately it repeated every day during our stay. Boiled eggs could not be peeled. Waiting for coffee for about 15-20 minutes is also unacceptable. We had a triple room with jacuzzi, but it was very difficult to use a shower inside the jacuzzi, as it is open, and the water is splashing all around the bathroom. There is no walk-in shower in the room.

The fact that the room was smelly. Maybe because of the position, I don't know. Also it wasn't clean or at least not what you expect in a hotel.

Very poor breakfast, old furniture, old and dirty carpet, balcony entrance with step - not suitable for disabled people, room needs big update, definitly not 4*, maximum 2*. Balcony with plastic chairs and table...in this century?? and at 4*?? OMG Also I would not recomend children unsupervised on the balcony, they could fall between the three horizontal bars!

no room cleaning service at all. on the second day we had to actively ask at the main desk to supply more toilet paper and clean towels - but upon returning from our day we found our room with no toilet paper and only two new towels even though we were 3 people in the room. also even though they came in to bring the towels the room and bathroom were left untouched (beds not made, bathroom not cleaned) except the garbage bags that were changed.

the location was great and the view was beautiful, the room was very nice and all set for us when we arrived. very authentic feel and still very well kept. the service at the desk was great. breakfast was good. the jacuzzi in the room was a wonderful perk and a great way to end each day :)

everything is old, except the elevator. The furniture, the leather sofas are tattered, the white insulated windows, the bathrooms... absolutely everything needs to be refurbished. The chairs at the pool are discolored by the time that has passed, even the hose used to water the grass is knotted.

I don't understand such good reviews about this hotel. Starting from the arrival after the whole day of traveling, the lady from the reception was not willing to end the conversation on the phone and waved her hand to wait until she finished the conversation and it lasted about 10-15 minutes. The following days, the lady pretended to be offended. The next aspect is the food which was the same for the 5 stays, whilst the assortment was quite poor. The last thing is the room standard. I don't know if romanian standards are so different than european, but this hotel does not deserve 4 stars in any way. The room was worn, sticky, dirty, the walls were scratched and the furniture was in bad condition.

The gentleman who made the coffee during breakfast, he was really nice and professional.

First of all it’s not worth the money or the 4 starts. My first reaction when we got there was that we made a mistake by going there. The stuff was ok, let’s say that. They told us there’s no AC in the room but they have some kind of ventilator. That was my mistake for not checking before. They told us that we have to make an appointment if we want to go to the gym, so keep that in mind When we got in the room I was really surprised of the size of it, it was really small Compared to the pictures. Really old furniture, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and even tho we left the window open there was an awful smell. The pool area is nice, not the best, not the worst. I can’t say the same thing about the outside bathroom. The breakfast was a disappointment, not a lot of variety at all and the food selection was not for my taste. I’m happy that we only booked a night and we didn’t have to stay longer.

Not enough hot water to fill jacuzzi bath.happened on 1st and 2nd night and was told to wait 10 minutes and try again! By this time, the warm water in the bath was cold and it lost its appeal. We turned the jacuzzi on with the warm/cold water and the smell of stagnant water filled the room, so we decided to just use it as a bath. But last night when we tried to run a bath the water again was cold, called reception again and this time we were told that if we didn't believe them to come and see the temperature on the boiler ourselves! Lol. We upgraded to this room at an additional cost of approximately £60 for the 3 nights but in our opinion if you have to stay here, don't rely upon a functioning clean jacuzzi bath. The quality of the soap and toilet paper supplied was very basic, almost below the lowest of the low. The sauna is the size of a 8x6 garden shed which accommodates 2 adults only. The shower directly outside of the sauna had no towel, soap, foot mat. So, it's not really any good at all.

The Hotel was ok... 4 stars but it didn't deserve it... from the flies and mosquitos in the light fixture right above your head in front of the reception, till the fact that they didn't even have the logo open to be able to see it when you approach it to the fact that we booked a room and they gave us another one. One big suggestion for Booking.com is to make the hotel bookings per room, which means, if I book a room, to receive the number of the room when I receive the booking so there is no confusion. I hate when I am looking on your website at some pictures and I like that room and I book it and I get to the hotel and it's something way under the standard, nothing like the pictures. But the cherry on top [and we didn't have anything with the hotel] was the manager. Totally unprofessional. We were there only 2 nights. It was ok the first one, after the disappointment of not getting the room we booked through Booking.com , but the second night around 12AM we started hearing people [kids] above running, jumping and crushing on the floor for at least 5 minutes straight. So, I wanted to call the reception to ask them to call the room above us to let them know that they need to keep it down because there are other guests in the hotel too. I went to the phone... no number. Looking around on the desk, no number. Ok. I looked for their number on Google and called them from my cell. The manager picked up and I asked her if the guest above us arrived, she confirmed, and I told her that they are noisy. Her reply? "Understand them, they are just kids". I tried to explain her that It's 12AM and it's a hotel, a 4 star hotel. Instead of trying to see what's happening with the family that just arrived, the manager chose to argue with me that I need to be compassionate and I need to understand they are kids. Totally unprofessional.

The Receptionist was exceptional. Even that she was pretty new there, she was really nice, hospitable and did her best to address our issues and try to come up with a solution. Elena had really nice customer service skills and understood that in this business you need to see the other side, especially when they are clients. The breakfast and the staff was really nice! Really really nice!

I made a booking with my family, my wife and my son, we chose a triple room with hot tube and in rhe details the size of the rooms was 117 square meters, in reality was only one room without hot tube and only 20 square meters. When we arrive after a long ride with my child very hungry and tired we face the reality with the small and different room beside we paid. We explain the issue to the receptionist and she gave me ger phone to talk with the manager who was very rude, i saod that i want to talk with the owner who also was very rude. I explain him that I have the booking confirmation on my phone with all the details and he told me that i am crazy and is not possible and he tried to rush me. I hang up up and leave. I dont recommend

Unfriendly and very impolite/ rude staff. Some advertised amenities are broken. The hotel is quite far from the city center, you'll be needing to bring a car.

They rate the hotel as 4 stars hotel, but in reality it matches a 2 stars. Yes, it has a small pool in the yard but no restaurant available (the closeat place to eat is 10 mins away by car). Everything is old and poorley mentained. In order to benefit from the massage they advertise as offering, you receive a phone number and you are supposed to call a ladyband ask if she is willing to come. The cleaning is made “on the surface”. I could barely wait to leave the place.

the rooms are very old and not properly maintained. the plastic are yellow from the time. no full shade at window and at 6 there is sun light in the room. no ac should open the window and then all notice cancellation is canceled. this is not a 4 star hotel, even not a 3…..
