not perfectly clean, in my room there was reeks of smoke. breakfast was poor, only one type of marmellate, no vegan option, no product without lactose. one juice and only croissant and some panini. air conditioning was not working properly.

The furniture is very worn, not exceptionally clean, but not super dirty either. The breakfast is in the lobby and not very rich. Overall not awful, but will not come back for sure.

Big apartment. It is very comfortable that there is a kitchen in the apartment with all the facilities. You can cook, if you stay for a long period. Nice breakfast with good quality products.

The biggest let down was there was NOTHING in the kitchen. It was literally there for show only. There weren't any plates, cups, utensils, bottle opener, soap, NOTHING!! which was unacceptable to me. We had to go downstairs to ask for cups, but they told us that we had to bring them back before we went to bed because they were cups that they used for breakfast. The shower head in the bathroom was barely sprouting water and what water did come out, it went all over the place making it difficult to shower peacefully. There also was barely any soap in the dispenser and what was in there squirted all over the place when it was used. I have no idea what was wrong with it; I tried taking it off and putting it back on right but it still was the same. The TV seemed to also just be there for show; none of the channels worked. I just wanted to see what Romanian TV was like, but nope, just static.

The location was very good; it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants and grocery stores. If you needed an Uber, most places (such as Old Town) were only a 10 minute ride or 22 minute walk. The reception was extremely nice and helpful whenever we asked a question. The apartment was extremely huge and the bathrooms were spacious as well.

They asked for 100 lei deposit for the minibar like I was a thief. Since I refused to do that they gave me a different room with no minibar so they made sure I couldn’t steal anything from there. Totally unprofessional and offensive. I was treated like a potential thief. On the other hand, hot water was not hot, lukewarm at best. Bad experience, not going back, not recommended.

The bed was broken and I fixed it by myself because when I get up the wood supporting the mattress fell of every time. The floor was dirty and had not been mopped resulting in my socks turning black underneath. The bathroom sink was clogged and was constantly filling with water.

The only thing I liked the least was the space of the room. It was relatively well heated.

I’ve been in this hotel many times and I can see how this hotel goes down the drain. Shower and sink clogged, dirty kitchenette, no plates no cutlery, dusty the whole place ,broken sofa and burned with cigarettes, mold in bathroom, walls recently fixed with no paint, broken elevator and the list can go. VERY expensive for the conditions. I don’t recommend this place.

The lights were dim and much of the furniture needs fixing or replacing. The bed covers we also rather worn out and at fhe shower cabin the mold was showing up through some poorly done work

The elevator didn't work, and the room was to the 5th floor... Not so clean as I expected. The room was pretty cold, only 2 hangers, no light bulb to one of the bed lamp. All in all, was not the good choice....

My first impression was that the equipment in the rooms was quite old, worn out and had nothing to do with the one in the photos. We were accommodated on the fourth floor, the elevator did not work and they did not fix it for 5 days while we were there , we passed through the floors where mattresses, building materials, old chairs and other things were stored. We had an accident with the sink in the bathroom (it was clogged and the water was not draining), the "masters" came and removed the plug from the sink and all the dirt remained where they worked. A cleaning lady did not come in for a single day to clean. 2) There is free parking, but it is limited and not very large - so you risk being left without it if the hotel is full 3) the breakfast was not bad - but the tables located next to the reception were very narrow, it was stuffy and unpleasant

the Italian restaurant located literally in the hotel is a real jewel. Uniquely clean, comfortable, amazing service and delicious food. A must visit

Never had I met such a lousy customer service from hotel staff. Breakfast was late (started only after 7:30) and some of the beds were not ready at evening. Eventually we had to share beds with the kids. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE even if it the last hotel in Bucaresht. Also, the price I was cgarged with Bookings was 25% more expansive than the front reception tarif.

The hotel is close by to the city center and has a parkung.

Everything was perfect, far beyond expectations.

The kindness, helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the staff were faultless, as was the cleanliness of the facility. The room was large and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the price very competitive in relation to the quality. It is definitely, because of the location, one of the best hotels to stay in Bucharest. The breakfast, which is international, is perfectly in line with what is on offer even in higher category hotels. We arrived at three in the morning, and although the arrival time was well after the check-in time, the courtesy of the staff was impeccable.
