Parking adjacent to building is too narrow. If you drive-in forward then leaving is possible only via revers, which then makes mess in traffic. They told me they have also some backup agreement with one of grocery shop nearby as an alternative.

Entrance hall and rooms are well done from design perspective, finishing and materials. Also room was equipped with a centralized control system which i found quite practical and advanced comparing to other hotels i saw in Romania.

The AC was a bit loud, and the room wasn't that warm as expected, also we had a couple of issues with the key and we had the change de card 2 times.

When we chose the hotel, we liked it SPA. But only after we have paid for the room, in a letter from the hotel we were informed that entry to the SPA is prohibited for children under 6 years old. There is no information about this anywhere in the description on booking. The room was cleaned well, but there is no need to do it so early. On the 2 day we were woken up at 9 a.m. with a vacuum cleaner. At our last night also someone made noise in the corridor and disturbed our sleep. So the sound insulation is not perfect.

Great location. A supermarket PENNY and Mega Image 2 minutes away. The room was warm and clean. We were given a good wooden baby bed with a mattress, so my child could sleep comfortably in it. There was no kettle in the room, but when we asked the administrator for one, he immediately provided it for us. The hotel staff were pleasant to talk to and helped with all our questions. We ate at the hotel cafe, where the food was very tasty. The pork ribs and cheesecake were especially delicious.

The room was too hot. Spa has an extra fee and was fully booked. Due to limited free hotel parking, we had to park at the Penny supermarket's parking lot across the street.

The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay with plenty of variety. The orange juice was freshly pressed. The hotel room was clean. The shower gel had a pleasant fragrance. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The temperature in the room was way too high (27°C) and this affected our comfort and sleep; trying to adjust it or stop it, even with the help of the receptionist, did not help. Access to spa is limited, implies extra costs and requires an appointment made with 24h in advance. In addition, after 5:00 PM the access is permitted only to adults; so a 16 years-old teenager is not allowed. Seriously?!

Modern building, great facilities, very clean, spacious room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, parking available nearby, good location, just 20 mins walk from old town.

Breakfast was excellent, with many options. Location very good, although not in the historical center, very easy to reach the center by foot. Two supermarkets nearby. Also, the SPA is worth to try, very nice.

The fact that you had to go outside to reach the spa, and you needed to dress up since you couldn’t go back to the hotel in their bath robes.

Location close to city center (5 min by car). Exceptional breakfast. Comfortable bed, pillows.

The windows even when are closed, you hear noise when is very windy outside...but in the room is super warm.

The receptionist was really stressed, did not know that we had a reservation with Spa Acces, and i’m not sure if we were given the actual room we have made reservation for.

The rooms were clean, nice bathroom, and it’s nice it has Spa Acces (additional cost).

The “famous” red oven (after the name of the restaurant) was turned off at 8pm instead of 9pm as advertised. We could not have the stone baked pizzas we were looking for. While the spa was amazing, other guest were rude and loud which damped the enjoyment of the facilities.

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

It was extremly clean, the bed and sheets were really soft. The room was very spacious and the facilities were really great overall. The hotel is aprox. 15 minutes from downtown.
