Everything was excellent as I expected. I stayed in this hotel another two times in the past and I will definitely stay again in my next visit to Cluj.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant are excellent. Definitely I will stay there again on my next visit.

Some wall plugs were kinda moving, i had to pay attention when using them. Easy fix.

The Platinia Hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly, the rooms are phenomenal. The breakfast was amazing and very generous. They also brought it to my room 😀. I will be staying here again. You have the mall, restaurants, and a gym on the premises. I had Sakura as well it was amazing and got it straight to my room. Again I really enjoyed my stay.

In case of our room, the water from the shower was leaking from the shower cabin to the floor. Not a big issue (we used the towels to dry it) but might be an issue during a longer stay (maybe it was just a matter of our room, some syllicon might fix this). I know it is impossible but the cherry on the top would be to have a pool in this hotel (maybe a jacuzzi or a hot tub could be an option?). Also the bed was very comfortable, so were the bed sheets but some hotels have them even softer (maybe something softer for washing sheets or softer sheets?). But other than that we enjoyed every minute of our stay, will definitely come back again and we recommend this hotel for a stay in Cluj.

It was the best hotel during our trip to Romania. Pictures don't give it justice. The room was amazing, especially in comparison with other hotels on our trip and their prices. For this price, the luxury this hotel offers is very affordable and totally worth it. The room and the hotel are brand new, in a very nice and luxurios style. We will definitely visit this hotel again and this stay was cherry on the top during our visit to this beautiful country. Also there is a mall just next door to this hotel so if you are planning a longer visit, it is very comfortable to just step downstairs and buy something there. Breakfast was really good, so was the dinner in sushi restaurant. The view was amazing from the 8th floor. It is great that there was a balcony in the room. There is a huge choice of TV channels. We just wish we could stay more days there.

Because I had a baby it was a little bit sound of the traffic outside!

I like that it was very central, The room was a very big it was a corner room. Do you have a baby in one of the rooms is amazing because it’s very big the area! It was super clean I really love that part! The breakfast was amazing and the room service for dinner was amazing to!!!
