Nothing to dislike just hope it continues

At Last a new menu and better food too along with couple of young lady waitresses who are hardworking and helpful, Good parking Decent rooms Hotel seems to be getting better.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming but could use some more client service training - telling me about internal system issues that had no impact to me was a bit out of place, and even more so was putting on a wide smile as they told me the restaurant closed early for Easter Monday. We were at the end of a very long day and very eager to have dinner at the hotel, so we were clearly disappointed (we should have factored in the holiday). I also noticed staff operating the breakfast area could not accommodate foreign speaking guests - staff spoke neither German nor English. Otherwise, the food selection and beverage selection offered for breakfast was decent, though not great quality.

The hotel's main selling point is its location close to the motorway, which is helpful for those in transit. There is virtually nothing to see or do immediately around the hotel, at the edge of town, in a dilapidated former industrial area. The interior design team did a great job - the hotel is comfortable and lively, with a modern vibe, but also capitalises on the industrial heritage of this part of Arad. The apartment we stayed in had two bathrooms, which was a plus for our family of four. I would also highlight the comfortable beda and sofa, the armchairs and the wide windows.

The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. We particularly appreciated that they had vegan options at breakfast.

is more about what can be bad for others. The location is close to the highway, so great for transit, but not great for tourists who focus on visiting the city.

Perfect for our purpose (in transit) with a dog. Great and friendly staff, and good food. The location and the large green area around the building was the selling point for us. I recommend them.

Lack of water bottles in the room, the fridge was empty. I would appreciate a better breakfast with quality products. Better cheese, maybe a fruit salad instead of fruits, better pastry, fresh juice, or quality juice, more types of tee, better jam.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the design is nice, two bathrooms in the apartment are a plus when you travel with kids.

The behavior of the employees is excellent, I haven't seen anything like this for a long time (I include here the breakfast staff, the reception, the cleaning staff and those who take care of the business center). A very good location for the industrial area, quick access to the highway to Timisoara. For smokers there is a very clean and comfortable covered terrace.

Girl attending on restaurant not able to attend if more clients than usual. 1 or 2 options for food if you are vegetarian I missed a walking area close to the hotel (after driving 8 hours).

Almost everything fine, but I always fighting with Romanian to channels

Everything about the room was fine. I relaxed, showered, surfed on internet and slept as well. Bed was enough comfortable. It tasted at breakfast while had a variety of meals to choose from. Parking guarded, nothing harmed my car.

Actually for a long time now they have got decent restaurant staff which is a great improvement (hope they can keep them) hopefully a new menu possibly new chef will arrive soon! Or is that wishful thinking… Good parking
