An exquisite place, very clean, where you can enjoy a good time with the sauna and bath facilities. You will definitely feel good when booking at JMR Royal. Also, .location is very close to central pedestrian area and you can easily reach the beach and Old City Center by walking.

It's not a negative but it wasn't easy to adjust the heaters/radiators.

Host: responsive, intelligible, polite Location: close to transport links, close to attractions, safe neighborhood, no noise Cleanliness: spotless, fresh, residue free Facilities: all functional & as advertised Extras: it did have a certain intangible wow factor Turns out the complementary toothbrushes are good quality 😃

Everything was great 👍. Next time, if I will be in Constanta, I will definitely choose it again. The room was very clean. All daily things were available: one use toothbrush, tooth past, soap, shampoo, cotton pads, Q-tips etc. Lady was very kind, each day she was interested if I needed some more: water, coffee, tea, clean towels and etc. Special thanks for giving me headache pills after my long trip. I give 5 stars from 5. PS water, coffee, tea and champagne were for free.

What can I stay? I stayed in the suite with a sauna and also 4 days later in a smaller room. The manager Simona is one of a kind.Everything you want to ask is already answered in advance..Nuce garden. Good rooms. Free champagne. Everyone who doesn't go here when in Constanta is a fool. My Italian friend actualy fell in love with the manager;-)

It s basically 4 floor with no lift. But lofts are supposed to be the top floor :)

Location was a bit far from old town Constanta, but the room made up for it.

Amazing experience in this apartment. Loved the size, and the amenities. The host was very friendly and quick to answer questions. The room was very safe with two locking doors. Price was great for the room.

Amazing place had a great time! Huge tub, nice sauna it was a very relaxing stay. Our dog also liked the place very much because it was quiet. It's definitely a place to come back.

We had the queen room situated in the courtyard with the spa bath sadly the soundproofing is not up to standard as stated in room info. The TV’s in the rooms should have a volume limitation on them, as I could hear nextdoor TV not pleasant at 0300hrs when they want to listen to retro music. ( ps I did have to knock on their door) The courtyard if a nice area but does require more chairs and tables as two chair and one table no efficient for all guests. Bedside lights in our room had no bulbs

The hotel is in a nice area and not far to walk to station or old town checking in was easy and electronic security. We stayed in the queen spa room situated in the courtyard. The room was very nice indeed finished to a high standard, nice touch free bottle of fizz and free coffee and water. The room very clean and well presented with a well stocked mini bar and toiletries.

Facilities are as advertised, beautiful, comfortable, functional and just all round great Penthouse. Staff is super helpful, well drilled, always at the ready to support. The complementary Lambrusco was just the right touch too. Location is very good for accessing the rest of Constanta, near shops, fairly peaceful
