Some of the sockets were not completely fixed on the wall. Also, the fridge was a bit noisy in the night, as well as the ventilator from the toilet. Other than that, I really liked this place. It was very close to the Cathedral, where we could go on the Ressurection night.

I liked the style of the rooms and of the building itself. Also, the welcoming staff is a bonus.

the shower arrangements were unusual in that it was over bath but with a curtain or screen so it was easy to flood the bathroom whilst taking a shower

In a good location on a quiet street between the station and the city. Both could be reached in fifteen minutes on foot. The bed was very comfortable and there was an excellent traditional Romanian restaurant just down the street.

Nothing to complain about!

Location: It is quite close to some nice pubs, and the main museums of the city. Staff: They were very helpful and kind. They promptly answered my requests. Breakfast: It was one of the best I had throughout the Balkans. You have 6 options that are lavish. Room: It was big, bright and tidy. It was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and the shower cabin was of an appropriate size. There was always hot water available.

A bit dark and old, and not so much atmosphere. Suitable if you’re passing by and need a place to stay, but perhaps not if you’re planning to stay longer and more time in the hotel.

Extremely nice and friendly staff that are ready to assist. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the middle of town. There’s a pizza restaurant connected to the hotel.

Payment was only buy cash in local currency. So we needed to go to the nearest ATM to get cash, which was more than 1 km. We were 2 adults with 2 children. Breakfast was included. During the breakfast we ordered 3 ones for all of us. In the end of eating waitress told that we have to pay for 3rd breakfast, because we had included only 2 for free. I think she had to aware us about additional payment before she accepted an order

Decor was a little dated, but I wouldn't overstate it. Hotel was good.

I only spent a few hours here as I arrived extremely late and left extremely early, but this leads to the main thing: there was someone at the desk waiting at 2:30 am. They also helped me order a taxi in the morning and were very friendly and spoke many languages. The room itself was fine and had a bath which was nice; the bed was big; the decor was a little dated, but overall the hotel was fine and value-for-money.

The written communication is very poor. For my message that I cannot phone them because their phone number is not working and I will arrive late, the response was: "OK". Instead of: "Which phone number have you called? Here is our phone number in case you need to call again", or something like this. So the phone number of booking.com is not working. The phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working as well. When I was there last time in August the restaurant was mask free and the stuff welcomed their guests with a smile. Now they wear masks, which is a very strange feeling. I didn't felt welcomed that time in the restaurant... :-(

It was my second time in this hotel. This hotel is a good accommodation for 1 or 2 nights, if you are on a journey and want to continue, but need to sleep and relax. The rooms are nice and big, the bathrooms are OK. They don't have a shower, only bathtubs, so after shower the bathroom is might wet. Think about this ladies, if you want to put your makeup in your face after the shower. ;-) The stuff is friendly and nice as always.

There is no electric socket near to the bed for charging the phone in night. So you need to place your phone on the desk to charge it or you need to take your own long extension cable with you. No elevator in the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, heavy Romanian breakfast with omelet, bread, and many things to eat. The room is a bit old fashioned but very nice, clean, and everything worked pretty well.

good night's sleep, very spacious room, reminiscant of eastern european hotels some decades ago but i loved it. helpful staff. about 15 mins walk from train station.
