If you can't walk so many stairs it can be a small inconvenient. If you are a walker the stairs are easy peasy

The room is spacious, clean, it has a nice view of the castle. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, spacious, clean. The owner was very amicable, she responded very quickly to our messages. Location is also great, in the city center (might be an issue if you arrive by car, because parking places are scarce) The communal space is very cozy, also clean and the kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery.

The stairs to the top are a bit if a challenge with luggage but it does tell you this so that is not a complaint and would stay again .

I have nothing negative to say - it was perfect!

I cannot praise this place highly enough. We weren't entirely sure how to check in - phone when you arrive at the address. We had a warm welcome and were shown clearly where everything is and how everything works, including the incredible window / balcony in the mountain view room. The mountain view was stunning - absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect - close to everything Brasov Old Town has to offer but also quiet and peaceful. The facilities were perfect. The communal space has large windows with more excellent views, and a coffee machine that was very welcome. The room and the whole building was spotlessly, meticulously clean.

The check in is late, I was hoping to be able to check in at least in the mid day not late evening.

Everything was modern, cozy, luxurious and well organized. I do appreciate the staff as well that they put on effort to satisfy their guests.

Minor thing, there is no sign, or it’s not visible, to identify the place. The maps shows you exactly where it is, but a sign would confirm you are in the right place.

It’s very clean and in the middle of the city center. The view is great from the balcony and the whole place is cozy. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful when we requested help. Great job, will come back for sure.

Everything was good.

Great location in an old building that has been tastefully renovated. The room is nice and clean and the common area is as well. You will have to walk up some stairs but that's to be expected in an old house.

Not really a major drawback but pillows are on the small side.

Located right in the heart of the city center on a quiet street, Kronsoul was a great place to spend a weekend. Room was clean, the view gorgeous and the hosts were kind and amenable. The property is close to Piata Sfatului and all the major highlights including restaurants and charming cafes.
