The location, the hotel and the staff are the perfect example for the concept Kronwell hotel. They exceeded my expectations despite the upgrade received as a gift. Also they are an example for making a surprise when coming with the partner. The facilities like pool, spa, lounge were excellent and perfect. Recommended with all my heart this hotel. Also I am planning next trip and also the New Year Party at this location.

We wanted a light lunch but there was nothing on offer other than the restaurant which had the same menu as the evening. Would have liked the option of a sandwich or lighter bite. There also is nothing around the hotel so would need a taxi or a long walk to a cafe or restaurant.

Lovely room and fantastic comfortable bed. Excellent meal in restaurant although a little pricey. There isn’t really anything around locally, quite a way from the old town and all the cafes and restaurants. Good location from the station as literally just over the road which was why we chose it. Very quiet. Spa was great, there is a €12 euro charge, although this is converted to Romanian Lei so it does work out at a bit more than €12, well worth it though for a relaxing afternoon.

Nitpicking: One side of the bed was squeaking a bit too loud during "casual activities" and the water didn't drain fast enough in the shower, making you stay in a small puddle while showering. And the train sound might wake you up in the morning. Careful when entering/exiting from the underground parking lot if your ground clearance is 13 cm or lower. None of these were serious issues for us and we will come back.

This hotel felt so good we skipped half a day of ski just to stay until checkout time. It's clean, with a big soft comfortable bed, big room and loved the glass shower. The design of the room is very tasteful, with attention to details. There are sliding doors that can cover the glass shower, the trash, toilet paper and other items are hidden from the view in the walls. The breakfast was also very good, with quality ingredients. And the waiters were always ready to help you. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Bring pool slippers with you if you're planning of using the spa, as they can only provide hotel-type single-use, which are not suitable for wet environments.

The room design just never gets old for me, everything was of great quality. The breakfast was great although a bit crowdy towards the end. I also received a room upgrade for free once I got there. So overall a great stay and serivce. It was a great birthday gift :)

Everything went very well! The Hotel and rooms were very clean. The Hotel is luxurious, and the entire staff are very polite and always willing to assist guests will all their needs. Luca and Ioana at the reception desk were very helpful including the entire front office staff. Location was great and breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

Can really say I dislike something

Rooms are so nice and luxurious, very nice place to relax ,excellent breakfast choices 👌 To everyone who's interested in poiana brasov this is only 25 min drive ,so please do get fooled by the exaggerated prices and poor conditions you will find up there
