There are too many steps... to enter the hotel, then the lobby, no one really helps or offers to assist with luggage. Luckily, we only had small carry-ons. The place is also a well-known restaurant, lots of people all the time. Great music, though. Limited breakfast selection. Must train young staff in customer service protocol. If you were not eating there, there was a little rudeness. However, I will not discard this place as an option when visiting the city.

It's a gem! Recently renovated, everything seems new and clean. It was a little hard to find at first. Near most of the sightseeing attractions but not in the middle of (which is my preference). A huge thanks to Gabriela. She made us feel so welcome, and all her suggestions were right on point 👉.

As in most European hotels the shower is only partially enclosed by glass so water gets out onto floor needlessly. This is common in Europe. Never in USA.

Interesting older home converted recently into elegant, small hotel with dining options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location on edge of Old Town with myriad restaurants.

Very nice hotel, looks amazing inside and out, staff were brilliant and the location is great! I didn't try the restaurant but it was always super busy and everyone looked like they enjoyed their meals.

It is quite loud at night because of the restaurant below - but as long as you know this before, it shouldn't be a problem.

I cannot think of any issues.

I really enjoyed my stay. I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I do not know the history of the property, but the building has a lot of character, but also been modernly renovated. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of items. My room was very nice and comfortable. One funny thing is they provide terry cloth robs, which is awesome, but they've been washed and dried so many times, they are quite shrunken. ;) It was especially nice that they have Netflix (& maybe Prime?) loaded on the TVs, which I do not think I have ever seen in a hotel, plus english speaking channels like CNN & BBC, etc. There is a very nice and popular restaurant onsite, which I had one dinner at, and enjoyed. It's mostly a great outdoor patio, with a smaller indoor section as well. There seems to be private parties in the indoor section. They have a free coffee machine available 24 hours. It was a pretty convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to the old town and also a very short walk to Parliament. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kleenex in the room

Lovely building - was originally a house built in 1914. Great outdoor eating space with good drinks and food. Nice size room as well. Alexandra at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful with information.

The bed is 190cm long, instead of being 200cm , which is not so comfortable. That is why I'm giving 9 out of 10.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff very friendly. Everything in the room and bathroom is like new, every detail looks nice. The inside of the hotel is amazing.

It is a small quiet Hotel, in a great location close to the city center. The attention to details is outstanding: nice and tasty breakfast, rooms are quiet and with all you may need, with a big TV with many options. They also offer really good coffee all day. Highly recommended.

The breakfast variety needs expanding
