Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaIt is advertised that there is sauna, Restaurant, and SPA,  sauna was not available and there is no restaurant open for dinner. Some of the staff members need training in customer service. They didn’t even bother to greet the guest when we arrive at the breakfast. The male receptionist with the glasses that was at the desk Sunday morning, not even that he was not in the mood to greet, but he was also giving smart answers and being rude.  we were told that breakfast it’s until 11 but actually they have started to close much earlier. 
The bed was very comfortable, and Adrian from the reception desk was amazing. The owner of this hotel it’s very lucky for having him part of his stuff.

Acceptable price for accommodation. Fairly good location, 20 min walk to the center. Free parking in the hotel area.

SerbiaIt is obvious that somebody invested a lot of money in this place and that he makes sure it is kept very clean. But that very same manager probably has no idea how the hotel staff behaves with guests and that completely defeats the purpose. The staff does not know what words as "please, sorry and thank you" are - it means no manners are in use. It is always just two words - "here" or "there" with hand instructions on what to do and were to go. I did not see a single smile from any of the staff during that one-night stay. The communication is mostly focused on what you have to do and I do not think vacation is about obligations. And the communication is very non-reciprocal. Here is an example: the breakfast works in a way that you have to select the meal in the previous day and specify the exact time when you will be eating it (a bit strange for two baked eggs with a piece of paprika). Then you get there (and though the food is nicely prepared) you face a minimal number of choices next to the two eggs : tea, coffee, a fruit and water. The coffee machine is in the calc mode exactly when you come and after the long cycle is done, the only staff member comes and says : "Machine done for today", because he finds it does not work. That means next to coffee, you cannot get any tea also as the machine dispenses hot water. No "Sorry" or anything else, just "Machine done for today" with a crude hand gesture. The machine is, buy the way, not proper for a hotel, it is more a small house coffee machine. Only at this moment I replied with a bitter face and then he miraculously apologized for the inconvenience and quickly fixed the machine. All in all, the point of an expensive hotel is to have a comfortable experience, which does not mean expensive facilities and very cold service. It completely defeats the purpose.
If somebody prioritizes esthetics, this hotel would be a real pleasure. All furniture is stylish and chic, rooms are furnished in the style of vacation resorts for pre-war aristocrats, but everything is new and pleasurable. But, I an not an esthete and I find other things more relevant.

RomaniaThe walls seem to have been built out of cupboard. You can hear how the person in the next rooms is taking a shower or using the toilet. Despite its beautiful garden and the apparent impression that you are away from noise and traffic, this villa is not the right place for a quiet night.
The hotel looks well and is decorated with good taste.
