We had a fantastic one-night stay at La Rezidenta! The host went above and beyond by waiting for us at the reception until late in the night, displaying an exceptional willingness to help. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the added bonus of included parking made our experience even more convenient. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend La Rezidenta to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience in Sibiu.

Nothing big really! A box of paper tissues in the room would come handy. In the bathroom, there is no place to put an attache bag on to - an extra rack would come handy as well. Location has pluses and minuses, depending on what you expect - it is further away from town centre as most other hotels. But then again, you get a clean, cozy, quiet accommodation, with a good night's sleep!

Had to find accomodation because I checked out from another hotel after one night. And I found this little gem! Marius, the host at the La Rezidenta, was willing to store my luggage and then even provided a room despite I arrived many hours earlier than normal. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, with one bigger desk, smaller coffee table with two chairs. There was a TV set on the wall (haven't turned it on) and also an A/C unit (untested). A mini bar offered a selection of chocolates, peanuts, some candy bars, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Bed was big, with clean fresh sheets, stiff mattress that offered enough body support. Big bathroom was equipped with a bathtub! The guest house is in an residential area, so it is very quiet. The walls inside are also well insulated. You can get a lot of fresh air if you open a window... and there is no heavy traffic nearby. Breakfast is available near the entrance. It is not luxurious, but matches what most hotels offer: eggs, sausages, salami, ham, cheese, some vegetables, yogurt, fruits, cereals, milk, tea, coffee... more than enough. Everything is fresh! Marius was really a fine host, always willing to help, give advice... same with the others I came in contact with, although their foreign language capabilities were limited. But with help of Google Translate app, everything can be clarified. Have I mentioned that the rooms were big, CLEAN and cozy? 😁

Very nice stay. Very nice host, nice room, located 20 min walk from old town Sibiu, very nice breakfast, parking facilities on site and on the street. Recommended for anyone spending time in Sibiu!

The terrace is in the car park so it's not the kind of place you'd want to hang out but there are plenty of other places around to do that.

The host was friendly and we had some good conversation. All staff were very attentive and anticipated our preferences. The breakfast was the best we had on this trip with healthy options including fruit, brown bread, natural yoghurt, and lots of coffee. The location is a little far from town but we enjoyed the walking and it is quieter to stay out of town. Parking is also not an issue out of town.

Everything was great. First - easy to find; second - big private parking; then - very nice host and room: big, decorated with taste and class, immaculate clean; bathroom equipped with everything you need during your trip. It was similar to probably 4-star hotel, but the price was low like in some motel ;) and it's in about 15 minute walk distance from the historic city centre. We will be back :)

Marius at the front desk was super helpful, courteous and helped me feel very welcomed. The bed was comfy, the A/C worked well and I was able to rest after a long hike in Fagaras. The place was also very quiet and felt very cozy. Would definely stay here again.

The absolute silence of the area and even the building itself was exactly what we needed after a busy day. The bathroom is very decently sized, the beds are very comfortable and everything from the floor to the bedsheets is spotlessly clean. We also ate breakfast in both mornings and it was super delicious! The parking lot in the yard is super safe as well. The staff is super polite and so mindful of the customer's comfort and safety, they even warned me about forgetting my car's window open. Very good customer service overall. When I come back to Sibiu, I'm definitely staying here again.

Very nice accomodation, everything seemed to be new. Very clean, very nice and friendly staff. They have a few parking spots available inside the courtyard (we parked there free of charge). They also were kind and allowed us to peave the car there a few hours after the check-out while we wondered around the city. It is close to the city center, walkable distance, which is very nice. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood. Breakfast ok, traditional Romanian (not suitable for vegans).
