The staff was horrible ,was a women there she was tired and angry I ask something about flat-iron,she reply me ugly " No we don't have " she can be nice to say ,nice ,"unfortunately we don't have" or something like this,but she no,and also when we make the check in she was disrespectful! 0 stars for her behevor. Also the main light from room was too poor.

cleaning in the room was good. The Hotel has 2 stars. For 2 stars I was pleased the cleaning from room the rest no!

the lady downstairs was not friendly at all. We got the wrong room, and it didn't match our needs. The lady didn't even try to help. This hostel has the most basic criteria to meet which is: shower and bed. windows point to noisy road and it's really noisy there

The rooms are noise from outside traffic and the fridge. A little bit of mud on the balcony and inside on the carpet and the experience using the shower was poor. The shower need to be repaired. No restaurant

We booked a room with a double bed and balcony. Upon arrival were told that a two single bed room with no balcony was all they had to offer and didn't apologise or offer a discount. The last straw was when I walked into the bathroom and noticed urine and hair on the toilet seat which had obviously not been cleaned. I asked for a refund and the receptionist obliged.

They gave us a refund when we saw the room was falsely advertised.

My experience didn't start well when I arrived and found the car park full (I did manage to squeeze my small Skoda into a corner) and was then greeted by a very sullen receptionist (I had to check out early and found her sleeping behind the desk, so just went behind the desk and left the keys). The room, like the hotel, was dilapidated and cold. It's located on a main road, on a petrol station forecourt, and there is no curtain or blind for the window, so it was almost impossible to sleep with the light from the road. There is a wardrobe, but with no hangers and a fridge, with a lead which doesn't reach the plug socket (I relocated the fridge onto the top of a shelf unit so I could use it). There isn't even a glass in the bathroom and although there are vending machines in the foyer (for coffee etc.) these are (a) coin-operated (I had only card) and (b) twice as expensive as the same machines at the airport - and there is no kettle in the room.

It was a bed for the night when I had been let down elsewhere. There was a balcony.

The bathroom and the balcony were very dirty. There was no hot water to take a shower at 22:00 pm. The heater worked, but the room was not warm at all (in December). Bad smell in the room for 3 people. I'm sorry that I chose this 2-star hotel considering that I had a child with us.

The room and bedding were clean. The staff was ok and the location also.

So are a lot of issues, from the beginning the blond receptionist was very rude, no card payment, they advertise wireless but was no wireless in the building, bugs everywhere, behind the bed very dirty, the TV controller didn't work and when we left the receptionist was sleeping and the only check out was leave the keys on desk so she could go back to sleep.

Personal is very unplesant, knock on the dor all over the morning, you cant even sleep. They just speaking something on Romanian, and saying Checkout check out, startong from the 9:00 They dont event speak English, just Romanian…

The property is properly run down. I’m not sure where they took the photos from. There are lights missing or not working. It is in desperate need to refurbishment. It must have been very nice at some point but it looks almost deserted.

There was not much to like about the property. The lady at the desk was helpful and the location was quiet.

Absolutely horror, avoid this hotel at all costs! Is a health hazard and I mean it! Rude staff, dirty, Grimm. I refused to stay there because is nothing like the pictures and they misleading the guests with false advertisement. They refused to refund me so I had to contact the bank. I will file a complaint with the Customer Right Organisation (ANPC)
