A few more bits and pieces in the kitchen, like breakfast bowls and a coffee maker, would be fantastic, as would bedside lights!.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests and questions, and extremely friendly. We were travelling by train, with luggage, so the hotel being near a metro station and shops was really useful. Having a small kitchen was great, letting us throw together a quick meal when we were too tired to go out. Everything was really clean and 24hr reception meant we didn't need to worry when the train was late.

- there was only one chair in the kitchen. We didn't miss its absence as we didn't use the kitchen this time, but it would be nice for them to add another one

- the air conditioning was clean and working perfectly; - the bed is comfortable; - good location; - despite being on a street with big traffic, the windows did their job in isolating all the noise

It was a great accommodation just few minutes (2-3min) from the metro station. They have Rituals product in the bathroom which is fanstatic. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Shower make the room flooded with water. Some towel on floor fix it... but still....

The shower in all of our rooms are missing a wall or door glass or shower curtain. each time you take a shower its flooded with water on the floor . Other than that, perfect.

I tore my clothes in a broken washing machine. also, there is no place to dry your clothes. if you stay for a long period, don’t choose the place based on these facilities.

One day cleaning didnt come even when the sign to make up the room was left on the door. the kitchen didnt have normal plates that would fit in the microwave nor normal size mugs. the property is far from supermarkets.

it was close to metro station. kitchen had basic equipment, appliances and utensils. nice size of the rooms, comfy bed, towels provided. bathroom was as expected. i would recommend the hotel, it also has lift.

The cleaning of the room for subsequent days was not the best and didn't include a change of bed sheets. Some of the reception staff (i.e. That receive calls from the room) didn't understand English and weren't very helpful.

The location is right in the centre of most things you will need. The facilities were fantastic.

We were a bit annoyed by the fact that the bed is actually a sofa-bed, it's not so comfortable as we would have expected it. But in the end it was ok, we still managed to sleep quite well. I also missed having a lamp next to the bed. And the kitchen could also be a bit more well equiped (there wasn't any pans and there was only 2 forks, 2 knifes and 2 spoons available, which would not be enough for a family for instance). But apart from that everything was fine, and we appreciated our stay there.

The room is big and the toilet is very big and modern. Wifi is also good, works fine in the room. The location is also very good, just 2 mins away from the metro. Staff was also very friendly. Would recommend it!
