The room was nice and had all amenities required. The location is great and it is very near the Old Town and the city centre. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating.

In the message I received beforehand it said I could still buy breakfast on the day, but when I went to the reception in the morning they said because no-one signed up they didn't have the buffet. On the one hand great that they reduce foodwaste, on the other hand I would have appreciated knowing the day before that I needed to book it.

Excellent position in the city, everything is walkable from the hotel. The room was orderly with everything I needed, and the reception is open 24/7 so my late arrival was not a problem. The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. As I was out during the day I mainly was in the room for sleeping.

Don't open the window with the light on in your room at night or you will have a lot of insects.

The owner is very friendly and ratio price quality is to me really good. The two ladies at the reception in the evening were funny & friendly. My room in the 5th floor (502) was big enough and my bed confortable. i loved the location there are plenty of good place to eat close to the Hotel.

One of the walls were window wall with the view towards an inside corridor. Every time somebody was passing through the corridor late at night and the lights were activated , my room was lighted as the curtains were thin and not dark enough.

The street at night it’s a little dark and not in a main avenue. Also I have a recommendation if I may, as I arrived late at night I was not in the mood to go outside in that street and there was no water available at the property, at least for the first day one complementary small water bottle would be appreciated if you have to take pills or simply you are thirsty, there was no water at all, not even for purchase, at 6 am I had to go outside to any place to buy the water….

The first day the room smelled very bad but the next days the smell left. I suppose the smell was coming from an internal backyard where the window sees. The blanket was also small for two people. Room cleaning is every three days and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room which was awful since we arrived late at night.

Central and clean enough hotel, warm rooms during winter and 24/7 reception. Basic renovated rooms but I could stay there again.

Beds and pillows can be more comfortable

The location is excellent around 6 minutes walking distance to old town. Supermarkets, pharmacy and bakery close to the hotel. Rooms are big and very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Typical bad bathroom smell -- just keep the door closed

Nice comfortable room. Kettle, small refrigerator, some plates/cutlery. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Super easy checkin instructions. Close to Old Town (5 -10min walk), but also in quiet location. Food/markets close. Bus stop to airport (Universitate stop) less than 5 min walk
