There is need for some more maintenance in the room. The hotel stated that the room was good for 3 people, and on the day of our arrival we found out that the 3rd person has two options: sleeping on the couch, or paying extra and getting an actual bed.

Great staff, great breakfast. Everyone is really helping and kind - in the hotel and its restaurant. The location is also really good, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the old city.

I can’t fault the property…it was excellent but just a word of warning about taxis from the hotel..the reception staff will very kindly phone for a taxi for you and provide you with its registration number. Make sure when the taxi arrives it is the same registration. We were badly caught out where another taxi jumped in and ripped us off with an extortionate fare.

What a luxuriant hotel! Lovely rooms as illustrated on the website and such good value for money. Great variety of breakfast to suit all tastes. Staff in the hotel, bar and restaurant exceptional. Great location within city. Definitely will return to this particular hotel.

The only negative for me was no English breakfast tea in the bedrooms.

This property is beautiful from the moment you step in to the lobby all the way to the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming the room was clean and beautifully decorated. Some of the peoples reviews about the noise I couldn’t quite understand we heard absolutely no noise from our room although we were at the back of the property. Breakfast was yummy and a beautiful dining area with lots of variety of food. We needed to get to was within a 15 minute walk and the airport was only a 20 minute transfer.

I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before, trust me I’m an extremely fussy person. It met and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast selection was great also. I will definitely be coming back

The decor all over the hotel. The room. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and shower was good. I had a 3rd floor room not at the back was quiet. The internal lift was cool. Breakfast was really good.

Handles on room doors wer loose , no toilet roll in the room , the bathroom lock fell off when i kocked it whilst i was on the toilet , luckily my partner was still in the room to put the lock back in the other side of the door otherwise i would have been locked in the bathroom with no phone to call anyone for help snd being on 6th floor doubt staff would hear me shouting!!

Loved the decor and the location, really loved the lift, it was like a 1920 metal New York lift. The rooms were fabulous, had a few meals in the Brasserie, very nice food! We were asked if we wanted a room at the front with a balcony, or the rear facing, we opted for the rear as it's on a busy road and I'd read reviews saying it was noisy at the front. Our room was nice and quiet. Very close to the town, staff very helpful.

Breakfast buffet wasn't all that, way more hot choices for the meat eater. Some other breads and other cereals would've been nice. The cocopops an granola were mixed together, overall lacked attention. Our sink was leaking all over the floor, but was fixed quickly and staff seemed efficient.

Big room with a big window looking out onto the main road, had black out blinds and double glazing so could keep the noise out. Other reviews mention the room temperature, we didn't have a problem with ours. Very clean room, and hotel overall.

There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe the fact that part of the restaurant is for smokers and there is a connecting slide door allows smoke to enter the rest of the non smoking area of it.

The hotel is simply stylish, cosmopolitan, great location, staff was polite and helpful. Most of all the room it was FANTASTIC!!!! We felt the high level of treatment !!!
