We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The facilities are fantastic, the staff very welcoming and professional, the food out of this world! This is a truly amazing place to relax.

the mattress is not very comfortable for a hotel with so many stars, only two pillows, the bathroom is quite small but clean, the food is quite diverse but below average in taste, I personally didn't like the fact that the pool is only open until 8 p.m. during the week

From 24h, I spent 30 minutes waiting for elevator(s). During the night, artificial light was coming from the digital thermostat (not dimmable or no instructions provided). Would expect more for the paid amount ( in terms of food and extras)

The only thing I found that I do not like was, I was staying in 5 Star hotel, they did have a dress code but it was often ignored. For supper people were wondering around in shorts and t-shirts. It's just that I expect a good hotel to have occasions were you can dress smart.

Food could have been more different and of a bit better quality, but the most frustration was wine - you can't serve THAT is 5 start hotel for people who actually came for healthy vacation and spa... Don't serve it at all better than this watery thing :( Another sad thing is the choice of deserts - again better serve just simple fresh fruits, rather than cakes with margarine and plain sugary taste (but better of course make them cool - kids would appreciate 😁 ).

Location and the amenities, spa and procedures, swimming pools and rooms are good, really nice to find such a high level of service and such a warm attitude to every customer in Romania

The quality and diversity of the food was lower during the week, compared to the weekend.

Great hospitality and very friendly staff. The thermal water and the spa were perfect for relaxing and wellness. Live music almost every evening at dinner. Zumba and other fun activities at the thermal pools.

Bathroom could be cleaner, body fat is building up in shower grouting. A welcome letter explaining which treatments are included in the package booked will make the guest experience easier.

Lovely Spa resort , good selection of Spa and Balneo treatments. Staff is amasing , going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Food is always fresh and a good selection is available. Treatment area is well kept and very clean and I would recommend to try Spa treatments. I checked in on my birthday and I was pleasant surprised that staff acknowledged my birthday with a lovely card and branded t-shirt.

The parking lot is not access restricted so finding a place to park might be difficult in peak season.

The amenities are great, food is variate and tasty and the personnel is always friendly and happy to help. Wi-Fi signal is ok but there's very good GSM service in the area as well. The Waterpark was clean and really fun.
