Really small things that didn't bother me but just as a constructive criticism because this can be the perfect place: - shower cabin had a small crack in the floor, felt a bit unstable - the aircon is a bit old and was struggling (might just need a freon refill).

George was super friendly, helpful, acomodating and profesional, apartment was clean, in a nice area.

Everything was above expectations

The apartment was amazing, it is located in the Old Town, close to everything. The metro is 10 min walk and there is a parking place across the street. The terrace is quite spacious, where you can see also the Palace of the Parliament. The apartment has a chimney and a piano (which you can play if you want!). The exterior has an older vibe, which take you back to old Bucharest and the times between the interbellum. I do not think there is a better place to stay in Bucharest

As cons, it wasn't very clean, every furniture had stains, a closet door fell on me and I found hair in the sink.

Is perfectly located, the balcony is dreamy ( the flowers are paper, but eh ) and the guy I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful, 10/10 for him. I forgot my toothbrushes when I checked out and he helped me without hesitation.

Some minor areas need attention, dishwasher not working, skirting boards falling off, sun loungers have holes in and need to be replaced. Minor issues that have no doubt occurred due to repeated use but need to be addressed to keep the property looking smart but we still had. great time and would stay again.

Perfect location right on the edge of the old town in Bucharest with a fantastic private rooftop balcon. The host George was very accommodating with our late arrival and made sure everything was ok while we were there. Already recommended to friends and family looking to travel to Romania

Elevator only goes to the 5th floor yet it’s on floor 7. Not good if you are elderly, disabled etc

We think the apartment sleeping arrangements is only suitable for two not three adults as one of us had to sleep on the sofa every night. Having a shower turned the bathroom into a swimming pool, there is a leak somewhere. We were advised by George before arriving that the balcony door was broken and unable to lock, which he could not fix until we left, but we did not realise we could not shut it completely, there was also a tea stain on the quilt cover. George you need to get new bulbs, the lights kept flickering.

George was very helpful and kept us updated as we arrived late in the evening, arranging for someone to meet us with a key. Location was excellent on the edge of old town for shops, restaurants and fountains.

A working cell phone with internet connection is needed to check in. It might be problematic for international traveler.

Central location, right inside the tourist district of the town. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The balcony area and seats were dirty, looked like somebody spilled something. The shower had some hair from the previous residence and wasn't super clean. The shower also tends to flood the bathroom, unsure why. Host appears to clean the place himself but would seem far more convenient to hire a cleaning service. That way he isn't rushing last minute to clean the place himself.

The host was rather friendly and helpful The view is pretty nice. Pretty confortable living area. Close to amenities.
