One of the room's lock was not working so we had to keep the important things like laptops and documents in another room, they didn't fix it until the end of our stay. We met few roaches at night here and there couple of times. Smelled like cat piss in the yard a bit, not very pleasant but the rooms were far away so it wasn't big of a deal.

Place was at the best location for our trip. Rooms were clean and warm. The staff waited for us until 10pm to set us in and talked English. They have a fridge on one of the floors, front yard door locks so its safe in general. There was always hot water in the bathroom, we needed toilet paper and received it in 1 minute! There is little balcony where you can smoke if smoker with a small pool when the weather is fine. There are shops near by with anything you might need, there are couple of buses and trams as well in walking distance of 1 minute. There is a hot water jug and some coffee and tea left at the fridge spot and also water. Also neighborhood is relatively quiet and we always managed to find a parking spot for our huge van very close to the motel for free.

There was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase to the top floor. One time I had the suitcase on the floor with some food in it.Then I discovered some very small ants in my suitcase, but I managed to get rid of them. They must have come through a narrow gap between the wall and the floor, which was not sealed.

The view from the room was nice! The room and the wc were surrounded by semi transparent glass, and that made the view even better and the room brighter. Curtains made the room dark at night. The bed was comfortable, and it was silent during the nights. There is an AC, which is important during hot summer days. Just outside of the door, there was a container with fresh cold and hot water, together with tea and coffee. There was a swimming pool and an outdoor area with deckchairs on one of the floors. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is an affordable option for low-budget travellers. The staff was helpful.

Clean. Hair on the bath, small towels. Carrying luggages to the third level. No breakfast. The pool is could and dirty.

The room was small, clean but not in a good condition overall. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Lack of basic furniture. Very small bathroom sink. Had to ask for basic supplies. Not the friendliest people.

Very minimalist room, good value for the money spent. Working AC unit, interesting bathroom (semi-transparent glass walls). Flexible with the check-in and check-out. Small swimming pool was available.

Disadvantages: - It is hard to find where the hotel is becuse it is not written "Hotel" at the entrance but a security company name. The entrance is on the left side of the street, but the door is not face to street, there is a small dead end street in that street which you find it hardly. You can recognize it by the metal lion in front of the door - No kettle. Means no coffe or tea to cook. Also there is not anywhere to drink coffee or tea in the hotel. - No breakfast serving. - No shower gel or soap for the shower. - No daily cleaning or changing the towel of the room. BUT rooms are clean. - No curtain in the bathroom. There is a small windows face to street. Must be a small curtain in the bathroom. (room no: 5)

Advantages: Will you like this hotel? Actually it depends on your expectations: If you are looking better than a hostel, or airbnb this is the place. If you are looking for a usual hotel like novotel etc, this is not your place. This hotel was good compare to my expectations. - Close to tram just walking distance. And MAY 1 metro line is a couple of stop away by tram. There are 2 trams, one of them LINE 3 which goes to the exhibition area, and the other one.... I dont use the other one, I dont remember the name of that line. - Quite area, peaceful. Mostly families live there, I like it. - Clean rooms, always there is a nice parfume smell in the room. - There is a nice terrace with a small pool, you can smoke - They give you the key to enter the hotel. So, you dont need a reception. - Private shower.

a quiet place to spend a few days in Bucharest with friends or girls. in the summer the little garden with cold water pool is appreciated. large double camera, large and fine finishes bathroom. The motel offered also cooler and cold water.

The hospitality of the hosts Andrea and Lau was extraordinary! Definitely recommend staying here! The tram stop was 3 minutes away, easy transportation. Not far to the city center and plenty enough facilities. Also wifi speed was very good.

I have nothing to blame, everything went great.

Everything went excellent. The location of the motel is good, I saw in the reviews that near the motel are not places where to eat. Well, it is a place so close to the motel, at 500 meters, the restaurant is called Magic Meals and I recommend, they have excellent food, so good and tasty.
