The bathroom has some problems: shower is leaking and drainage doesn't work properly, almost flooding the bathroom when you take a shower. It dries completely during the night, but still needs solving. Weak water pressure on the hot water. Noise insulation (both from inside and outside) could be better.

Friendly staff, nice upgrade to a very spacious triple room, very warm, clean and functional (electrical outlets beside the bed, working refrigerator, automatic light on the hallway, strong WiFi signal, big mirrors). Good location near the city centre, sufficient parking spaces on the street, several options for dining/having a drink in close proximity (including an excellent Japanese restaurant). Overall, top value for money.

Shower full of stagnant water after showering (bad slope). Very weak A/C. We were 3 persons (2 adluts and 6y old boy), we paid for a triple room, but we got only 1 set of towels + we got only 2 breakfasts. Why???

Excellent location, clean and nice. The personnel was very kind. When we arrived the reception was closed, which was not expected. But they came in couple of minutes and were very kind. The surrounding looks more like an abandoned place, but the hotel is really good. The parking place is not private, but is secured by a security company and our motorcycle was safe.

We would like to leave negative feedback. There was no way to heat the room, April nights were extremely cold, and it was only 4 degrees outside. The air conditioner was turned on for heating, which never started, although the device was on all night. The advertisement does not contain any information about ongoing construction work in the hotel's interior. There was a lot of suspended construction dust in the air. It was very difficult to breathe, almost impossible. There was a strong smell from the sewer that was disgusting. Brushing your teeth in the morning has turned into confronting your gag reflex. The reception desk was also covered in construction dust, so much so that it was impossible to approach it without getting dirty. I would also like to mention the parking... very, very, very narrow passage. Yes, our car is wider than usual, and we had to leave just a few centimeters from the obstacles, but even for a standard car, this entry and exit are extremely narrow. In general, the hotel left a negative impression of the stay.

Despite the friendly staff, and spacious room with soft mattresses and pillows, which were also clean.

The kids in the room next to mine were noisy until close to midnight, which was a bit annoying. Also, I wouldn't class this as a three star hotel (maybe it was in the past) but the bed was very comfortable.

Realisticly no available parking. Only very few parking slots available if not taken already, and security company is using them, as well. So don't be surprised if blocked by them. Parking on the street nearby was also full. We came by car and it made a lot of inconvenience. It says it has breakfast but a person at the reception told it's very poor and did not recommend taking that. And we were counting on having one. That was disappointing, as well. Bed sheets with holes, water coming out of the shower, no elevator from ground to 2nd floor, etc.
