There were no shower curtains which made a mas in the bathroom Also not enough toilet pepper, we run out in the middle of the night having to have a shower after doing number 2 - this part was not nice at all, I texted the owner and he didin’t give a fxxx

The shower drain wasn’t working so the floor kept flooding every time we showered for more than 2 minutes! Should have sorted the drain before we came. There was no extra bedding for the beds or the extra duvet and pillows that they provided. I slept on the sofa bed so I had nothing to cover the sofa or the pillows and duvet they provided. That was disappointing.

We found the cutlery extremely dirty - as if they had not been washed and put in the drawer. We had to take everything out and wash it to be able to use it. There is only one knife, which is blunt and you can barely cut anything. The "table" in the living room was sooo tiny that you could barely put three glasses on it. Bearing in mind, that we were a family of four, there was no possibility of dining all at the same time - we had to do it in turns by two, sitting at the bar top. Before and during our stay of 4 nights, we were reminded so many times to follow the house rules that it became really annoying. And that is not because we did not follow them - it was like they seized every opportunity to remind us, even in one message, they said if we were being noisy (which we were not!), the neighbors would call the police... We have been traveling a lot for the past 10 years, staying in hotels and apartments, and we have had no problems and no such experience, so this was a bit too much and ruined the overall very positive expression we had.

The communication with the hosts was very good - they always responded on time whenever we had inquiries. They were polite and helpful. The apartment was very well furnished and decorated, the bedroom was spacious, and the sofa, on which the kids slept was also of good size. The neighborhood is quiet, and we always had a parking space available in front of the building, which was very precious - we always used the car to go around the city.

My recent stay really felt like a home away from home :) The apartment was not only stylish and well-furnished but also spotlessly clean. The host's attention to detail was impressive, and their warm welcome made me feel instantly at ease. I appreciated the convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city with ease. We were really disapointed. At the first sight it was a nice place, but we had a lot pr problems in there. First the place wasn't as clean as it appears, white marks on the sofa (from things i don't want to know...). And there's a constant smell, a mixed of Brussels sprouts and sewers when you enter the appartement. The second day, the boiler didn't fonction anymore, si impossible to take a hot shower after a long day visiting the city. The call center told us they cannot do anything (it was 7 PM) ans that they can only send sby the next day. We had news of them the next day BUT at 6PM again saying that they can send sby now, when we where at the restaurant of course and cannot open to anybody... The very next day i had to solve the problem my self BUT in the evening we had a power loss in the building... The bed gives body aches and is small (1m40) so don’t think you gonna have a king size and have a good sleep. To conclude the experience. We were victims of theft. We forgot our hard Drive behind the TV. We ask to have it back. And following what the helpdesk said, they didn't find it, and they are not responsible for our forgotten objects. To be clear, when you forgot something to a place, you know the exact place where you left it, and you can't have it back. It's a theft nothing more. So, flee this incompetent and thief establishment.

The bathroom door is touching the floor when mid opened and is difficult to fully open. The bathroom itself had an unplesant smell. There is no microwave. There is no table for eating only a small coffee table. There is a dog across the street which barks in the middle of the night and keeps you awake! The biggest problem for me was that the windows on the roof are covered with white paper-like blinds which don't block any light and is absolutely terrible in the morning. You can't sleep as the rooms are extremely bright. There is 100% need of proper blinds because on a vacation you're not supposed to wake up at 0700!

Very good location. Close to a supermarket and very close to the city center. Enough parking spots on the near streets. The interior vas very nice, new and modern.

The fridge was completely empty, didn't even have a bottle of water like all hotels do. The host never appeared, we only exchanged a few written messages. The room can be accessed only by many stairs, no elevator. Now lets start with the biggest problem: During the first night, we noticed very low water pressure at the tap, however we managed to have a shower. On the second day, the tap water completely stopped running. We informed the host through written message that we have no water and we received an answer to be patient because all rooms might be using the water simultaneously. Even though this makes no sense and it shouldn't be our problem if all rooms were using the water simultaneously, we were patient for a couple of hours and then contacted them again, that we have no water and that we can't even go to the toilet as we wouldn't be able to flush! We received again the same type of formal answer. After complaining for the 3rd or 4th time and after 4-5 hours of not being able to go to the toilet, they offered us a relocation to an other address in the old city which we couldn't accept as we had no transport means and also our kids were already in bed for night's sleep. By the morning, the house was smelling awfully as you can imagine, by the toilet that we used and we couldn't flush! A janitor or technician never visited our room to check the problem and try to resolve it, and the funny thing is that they asked us what time we would checkout of the room in the morning to prepare it for the next tenant! Unrepeared, without water!! Thank you for making us feel how life in the middle ages was! Great experience!

The room was tidy and clean.
