Was a bit worried when I saw the outside but everything was perfect for our 1 night stay .

The flat was modern throughout and the balcony completed perfectly. Very nice positions and close to supermarkets and cafes . Loved the tea and coffee station - thought it was a very thoughtful touch.

The entrance in the building is kind of odd but in same time it makes you experience the city in an interesting way.

The location is great.Close to Coltea Hospital and C.A.Rosetti Square.The apartment is very interesting.It is located in an old building with a heavy metal door by the front entrance which enters in a kind of very outdated entrance with old mosaic and narrow swinging doors which make a lot of noise.Also the elevator is very old,small and noisy and kind of creepy.All this aspects you can consider that give a lot of colour and very special features to the building or you can consider they are creepy and outdated.Really up to you…I love it,my partner not so.Every time you come out of elevator the doors bang loud in the first step of the door and you wonder if the elevator will work…. The apartment by itself is very comfortable and special.Very tall rooms, a generous living room with an interesting view,a nice bedroom and a improvised chicken from which you can access the bathroom which is really very modern.The layout of the apartment is very interesting and special and I love it but if you are not in experiencing out of box apartments you might not be so enthusiastic about it. I absolutely adore it, I will like to come back but is not easy to find a place to park your car and this can be a challenge.My advice,if you are looking for an interesting place to stay in Bucharest and you are embracing the opportunity of staying in an old building in the heart of Bucharest this is the one.Staying there is part of taste of Bucharest I love .If you are interested in modern architecture and a designated parking lot don’t go for it.

Everything is excellent except that the air conditioner is only in the living room but not in the bedroom

Initial communication was good prior to our arrival but although we were told we would receive entry instructions we did not get them (It was meant to be self check in) We had to phone when we arrived at the apartment to ask how to get in, our call was answered immediately and within a couple of minutes someone turned up and let us in. We later messaged to ask for the code for the safety deposit box, the codes given didn’t work and we were advised the safe would be reset the following day, this did not happen. The apartment was advertised as having streaming but there didn’t appear to be any, so sent a message asking how we accessed the streaming service. They did not even respond. As we had not been given the key safe code we weren’t sure what to do on departure day so had to had to contact them to ask what they wanted us to do.

The location was excellent. We got the bus from the airport and then had only a 5 min walk to the apartment. It is close to a Metro station and a short walk to the old town. The apartment was spacious and the decor was very nice. There was air con in the lounge. It was very comfortable apartment. It was a third floor apartment with a lift ( not a modern one!) and we found it be very quiet.

The door to the balcony couldn't be fully closed. Wasted a lot of power keeping the room cool-ish. No AC in the bedroom.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! Excellent value for money. Extremely spacious and very clean. Included a great coffee machine with complementary coffee pods. Host was very helpful and friendly. Would 100% stay again!

It would have been great if the towels and toilet paper were taken care of before we arrived so that we didn't have to waste time sorting it out, but this was clearly a one off oversight and it wasn't a big deal at all.

I loved the way the apartment was arranged, so modern and clean and sophisticated. The bathroom was fabulous. Excellent security. Very good location. The host was very responsive to all communication and resolved all the issues promptly.

The apartment was really very nice, clean and new. Very silent even if it is very close to Lipscani (5 minutes walking) The instructions for chek in and keys very clear. We will come back for sure.

The building outside and the elevator were a little bit creepy,may be because we arrived in the night.

Exceptional bright and clean apartment,comfortable to sleep and having a shower.There were coffee and tea to have in the morning for free and minibar if you need something else.Very polite guy ,it was a pleasure to communicate with him ,he let us check out even after 12.There was a free parking in front of the building.
