We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaIf you arrive after 9 pm there is no possibility to order food or drinks at the location.
The breakfast was served for each person on a plate, and I think it's a good touch, to not waist a lot of food while having an open bar. It would be nice though to ask maybe someone is vegetarian or vegan. There has been a misunderstanding with our reservation and they offered us a bigger room than the one that we booked. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had an amazing mat, we slept very well.

RomaniaThe reception staff was very slow and did not answer the phone when we called to ask directions. They were not on top of their game. The pillows were on the small side of things! Our room was just about warm enough and was starting to show its age. It could use a good renovation as it gave me the sense that it was new about 20 years ago when we first came to this country.
Our waiter was very helpful and the breakfast was good and had a good variety. The shower had hot water without having to wait a long time.

RomaniaBreakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., only a quarter of the dishes were available at 9:15 a.m. On the last day the heat was turned off, it just so happened that I heard the manager say that he was unhappy that there were too few rooms left, and that this probably turned off the heat. We had 2 rooms reserved for 2 adults and 3 children, and at check-in they tried to charge us extra for each child, even if they were not 4 adults and we were only 2. In front of me they calculated several options, for 10 -15 min, to choose the right one for them (I still paid extra)
