The smell of the towels and sheets. The only improvement I can suggest for this hotel is that they can add some aroma diffusers in the room and change the smell of the sheets. That's all.

The hotel looks to be brand new. The cleanness is pefect. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is there. The breakfast was also exactly what you need: good coffee, good drinks, small fridge with yogurts and stuff, fruits, some delicious deserts. For me it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here.

The wi-fy will not work all the time And was a long delay on bringing our landry.

Very elegant and classy Clean, good breakfast and the went above and beyond with “to go breakfast “on the day we left . They made a very delicious cheese/yogurt strudel.

The breakfast was very good. Nice variety of food. Service was vey good. All the employees were very pleasant and did their jobs well. A big plus for me, was the parking was very good as well.

The rooms are very clean and had a lot of space, the bed was king size, the breakfast was diverse and fresh, with espresso, apple juice, croissants and romanian cheese pie. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had 2 double rooms.

Complementary water, comforter was not on the bed but in cupboard and without cover. Can add couple of bakery items in breakfast.

Hotel is new and very clean. Staff is supportive. Location is easy, parking space was available. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast is also good though limited variety. Washroom very clean. Rooms are spacious.

Everything was just perfect.

It was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. Absolutely fantastic place, they renovated a historical villa, and it is all brand new. Delicious food, exceptionally clean, good location, helpful staff, even the people who were busy doing some work outside were very nice. Definitely would stay again and recommend it to anyone!

The control panel for temperature lights up way too much and it did disturbed our sleep, should be able to dim it somehow or at least cover it for night.

Perfect place which worth every penny. Very flexible customer services. In my case I used to order a food before arrival because I expected to be late and that time restaurant is closed. My order was accepted and executed. Additionally I requested for parking and again staff said that they will manage that thing. At the front desk, staff found well dressed, pleasant, respectful and fluently speaking English. Rooms are very clear, new, well designed and arranged therefore very comfortable. Recommend for comfortable and quiet staying.

The hotel itself is the most amazing in town. Various facilities, rich breakfast, nice and comfy rooms. The pictures reflect reality. The staff went out of their way to make my husban's B-day dinner party perfect. Many thanks for that.

Location; not much to do in the immediate proximity of the hotel. Anyway, Galati is a small city, can quickly get anywhere by car or taxi.

New hotel building, great rooms, clean, very friendly staff. Rich breakfast. I Didn't use the spa. Will be my fav hotel to stay in Galati. Congratulations to the hotel team.
