How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Room had a very small window which felt slightly claustrophobic. But the great location, staff and other amenities make up for it!
Amazing location. Very comfortable rooms and beds. New modern bathroom with a great shower. Air conditioning. Staff was very accommodating, helpful and nice.

Even though the bed mattress and linen were ok, the pillows might be better. I can suggest having 2 rows of pillows (1 soft and another 1 firm) instead of 1 (soft).
One very nice thing about this accommodation is the street where is located which has a lot of good restaurants around the area. Even though it is located right in the city center of Brasov the room was extremely quiet. (believe me I have very bad sleep) Check-in and check-out were easy to complete, but please pay attention to the email instructions and NOT the automated messages received in the Booking chat because they contain a non existent link as of August 2022.

There was absolutely no staff at the reception. We only met someone for checkin after we had waited outside the building for them to come. The shower head was broken, we could not adjust the height. Caution if you come by car: with the central location you will have to find a parking spot somewhere close by which might be difficult.
The location in the center of Brasov is perfect. The room was nice and well-furnished. Cleanliness was good, overall comfortable stay.

- There is no elevator and you have to carry luggages on stairs (only 2 floors, so it's manageable). - Location is great, but there is a compromise regarding parking, since you cannot access the historical center by car.

The reception is not always attended and you sometimes have to call them but That’s Okay because they usually respond quite quickly.
I looooved our room at Nani Nani, the hotel is new and everything is good quality, clean and beautifully maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows and blankets are high quality and very comfortable, we slept really well. We thought that being in the city centre would be very noisy but actually it was pretty quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they looked after us and made sure we had everything we need. I really enjoyed our stay, I will come back and could definitely recommend it!

This accommodation has it all, perfect location at the heart of Brasov, nice and accommodating staff and, most importantly, it is incredibly equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the room is huge, the AC works properly. Very good price/quality ratio.

It was very confusing when we arrived and the door was locked and no-one was there. But after calling the host she arranged for a cleaner to open the door and let us leave our luggage.
The location simply could not be better for exploring Brasov old town. You are right next to everything you need to see and do. The room is very classy and modern. You will do well to find better for such a price in Brasov. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Brasov who wants location and comfort.

Finding parking can be a little challenging, but was totally worth it!
Excellent hotel, very good location, modern industrial design rooms, memory foam mattress, great smell, nice view, and nice smart TV.

Shower sprayed water across the bathroon floor. A door or curtain would stop this. No light in the bathroom for shaving or makeup.

We had some problems with our WiFi, but the manager quickly fixed it. We also asked for a late check-out. The manager arranged it for us, but it was a bit pricey -- we paid half of the price for one night while overstaying there only for three hours.
This place is very stylish, with very new and modern furniture. It is also located in the very center of the city. At the same time, it's quiet. A very good value for money!
