RomaniaThe room and hotel is cleaned, even so during the three days stat there were no cleaning in the room like changing the garbage. The Breakfast is ok but not expectional just typical. If in the first days you could have a latte or cappuccino from the machine in the breakfast the owner decided to cancel this option because they said that customers don’t know how to use the machine and they do latte in the small mugs and there is mess. Perssonaly I would rather cancel the small mugs for guests and still let them enjoy latte or cappuccino, for me this attitude was a litlle dissapointing, for sure was about finding the best option and fastest solution for the business and not for the guests. Overall the experience was nice.

HungaryThere was no air-conditioning in the room and although this is rarely necessary in the mountains, the daytime temperature was well over 30 degrees Celsius at the time of our stay. Because of this, our sleep was not very restful. Unfortunately, we could only ventilate until 5 a.m., as there was a chain-smoker in the next room, who was smoking cigarettes and coughing on the balcony from 5 a.m. onwards. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but is permitted on the balconies of the rooms. Had it not been for this unpleasant experience, I would have given it about nine points.
The location, the hotel the restaurant, the staff and the pool were superb. The prices were fair. Our rooms were clean and although not huge in size, they were just right for a few days stay. The bed and pillows were also adequate. I'd love to go back another time when we're in the area. Elevator was under construction. Luckily we were on the first floor, so it was not a problem to carry our luggage to our room.

RomaniaVery crowdy at the spa and restaurant areas during the weekend.
It was very nicely located near the river, without any other houses around that could spoil the view. Inside the room, spa area, terasse or parking, everything was cleaned daily. The place is designed in a smart way with big windows near the restaurant that gives visibility to the playground outside. Although the room was medium size, I appreciated the design and functionality of the space.

The hotel looks very pretty and location is good. I don't wanna say something wrong about them as you can see a lot of effort in everything. But the staff needs training. Such a beautifull place needs kind people. This is missing.

Even though it's a 3 star hotel, the resort is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are clean and the transition from Hotel to the SPA is nicely placed, Our short stay was very relaxing and we really charged our batteries.

RomaniaSometimes there is an unpleasant smell coming from the neighbour sewage treatment facility so you have to close the window, but I doubt the hotel can do anything about it.
I think this hotel could be easily in the top 10 hotels from Romania. The staff is very friendly and professional and you feel welcome when you enter the property. The room size is good and the location is also nice, surrounded by forest and mountains. The food was really fantastic and the pricing is okay. I would highly recommend it.

RomaniaIf you go with kids, you'll probably enjoy it, otherwise I don't recommend it. They have rules for no jumping in the pool, no children in the saunas, etc, but nobody seems to care about them. There's complete chaos. The pool area was almost always very crowded, full of children jumping in the pool and screaming. You could hear the noise from all spa areas. And there was water on the floor everywhere. The small children were coming in the saunas and were pouring water over the stones making the ambiance there unbearable from a certain point. In the first evening we went to the reception to tell them about this, apparently the situation was well known. A guy came to tell people to stop jumping in the pool, and after he told them, he came to me, in front of everyone and told me "see, I told them, if they continue you can tell them yourself". Really unprofessional. A pool outside would be of great benefit, or at least some hours in the spa areas when it's adults only. Also, the cell reception is super bad, inexistent in some places, like our room. And I don't know who / what was above us, but there was constant noise from them.
Good breakfast, nice and modern room, big balcony.
